It so happened that I had to buy a cottage through this agency for the first time. I must say that I always work with another agency, so there is something to compare it with, but in this situation I did not have to choose.
I must say that I refused to pay for the check, because I am not obliged. As a result, I was not provided with the data to check the object myself (a matter of principle along the way). A little later, the bills of the former owner turned out to be unpaid. At least the amount is 90 rubles. I really hope that no more surprises will come out.
In general, I have very bad impressions, although time has already passed. I don't even want to remember this deal. I will never contact this agency in my life and I will not advise anyone!
