I hope my review will be useful to future buyers of real estate. Using my example, I want to recommend such a service as checking real estate before buying. Just yesterday we made an interesting and profitable (in terms of market value) purchase of an apartment. Despite the fact that a serious Minsk real estate agency was engaged in the sale of the apartment, questions and doubts arose that could only be resolved by a professional and high-quality verification of the transaction. The sellers of the apartment were Russians, temporarily residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, spouses bound by a marriage contract. At the same time, those who came to Belarus from one region of Russia, and those registered in another. The sellers of the apartment went to a cost reduction meeting and were interested in a quick sale. It looked, as they say, "too good to be true." In order to make the right, joyful and safe decision to purchase real estate and at the same time sleep peacefully, we turned to the Real Estate Agency "7 floors" for verification of the transaction.
Vadim Kostyuk was involved in the support of the transaction at all stages on the part of the Real Estate Agency "7 floors". Who literally "took us by the hand" and led us through all the stages of the transaction: agreeing on a favorable price for us, inspecting the apartment, planning meetings with the selling party, a preliminary agreement, the actual contract, the transfer of money. I could not attend the closing of the transaction, I had to leave for work, but it was calm for my wife (the apartment was issued for her), because Vadim was always there, accompanied, guided, prompted.
The check (and very fast) and, of course, high-quality on the part of the Real Estate Agency "7 floors" was carried out by realtor Kristina Pyshinskaya. The results of the verification were ready the very next day after the conclusion of the verification agreement and transferred before the completion of the transaction. Kristina worked professionally, clearly, without missing the nuances, answering all questions. Confirming that the transaction is not only verified, but also insured by the agency! This is an important factor.
By the way! If the apartment does not pass inspection, you do not pay anything for the inspection. Payment is made before the purchase itself only in case of a positive verification result!
As for the time for everything about everything - in our case, 46 hours have passed from the moment of the beginning of negotiations with the seller's agent to the moment of registration of the transaction.

After that, bewilderment and sheer nerves, no customer orientation, a systematic approach. The agent cannot clearly say what documents she needs, and instead of giving her a clear time to collect, she is constantly twitching.On the eve of the deal, on a day off, she remembered that she needed another certificate...In addition, the constant behavior is as if it is the buyer's realtor, and not me who pays for the services.force majeure happened, the car broke down. The realtor and the buyer drive by car from the agency, and we follow by taxi. No one said at all that it was possible to be without a car. Today is the viewing day and we called Nadezhda 15 minutes before the meeting that we were already approaching. Nadezhda replied that she had forgotten about us and left in the other direction. He won't be here for at least an hour. We agreed and said that we would wait outside the house in the Porch. After 20 minutes, Nadezhda called back and said that she would not come at all and would not be able to show the house.
The result: 80 kg of road in both directions + lost time.
