The story of how NOT to choose a hotel. This review is based on the author's subjective opinion and personal experience.
We accidentally found this hotel on a booking. The story is about expectation and reality, or when they met Photoshop and marketing, they decided to score on quality.
In the rooms, the walls are mildewed, bathroom accessories are used, for our remark, they are ignored. There is no bathroom, there are no cupboards, the shower is just broken, they did not dare to go in there - the watering can does not hold, the water turns the shower room into a bathroom.
There are no handles on the bedside tables, but they are in the bedside tables - a room with a DIY twist
On top of everything else, it was strange to us that it was impossible to make a payment immediately for several days, only daily. It immediately suggests the idea of the target clientele of this hotel.
+ You will have to pay a deposit, in our opinion it was wild: either 5000 tenge or a passport. Do you ever leave your passport with strangers? Is it even legal? And the deposit is of course a transfer, the tax service does not want to stop at this hotel?
I give 3 stars for normal navigation when searching for a hotel. These are probably the only 3 stars that this hotel should have. The rest and 1 star in my opinion will not be enough.
I express my gratitude to the hotel staff. They are such hard workers - they clean and wash things all day long.
It's so nice to be back in clean rooms. The administrator of the Dinara hotel is very polite - it is always nice to contact him for any request. Thanks to the 7 days hotel.
I definitely recommend the hotel!The room is very clean, fresh, the air conditioner was working. The service and staff are very polite and attentive, immediately provided a list of services.The breakfast is hearty, delicious coffee!The bed is comfortable, you fall asleep like at home!Bathrooms are available!Everything is for you friends!I am from Kostanay, my first time in Almaty, I plan to return 😊🔥👍👍👍
The hotel is not big, in principle everything is there, but it is very crowded in the bathroom, everything is on snot, there are no shelves for accessories, the sink and toilet are not fixed, the water is cold, in order to wait for warm, it took a long time to drain the old towels, the hair dryer does not work, the TV works, and the wi-fi connection failed, the audibility also leaves there is much to be desired, there is no breakfast, there is no balcony, there is also no parking among residential buildings, there is a garbage dump of an apartment building at the exit, just a flophouse. I do not recommend it.
A good and not expensive hotel. I flew on a business trip, I liked everything very much. Friendly staff, clean rooms. There was a situation that I did not have time to exchange money, the hotel reacted calmly to this, settled in and said that I could bring it in as I would exchange it. Excellent hotel, I recommend it.
The rooms have everything you need - sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer, heated towel rail, electric kettle, Wi-Fi. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes, paper, tubes of shampoo and shower gel.
Clean, regular cleaning. Breakfast is included. Friendly staff. High-speed elevator. Round-the-clock operation.
A little tip: keep earplugs with you just in case.
We stayed in a suite. The room is very clean and spacious, with high panoramic windows. There is a fridge and a kettle, but no mugs or cutlery. They clean daily, change towels and bring bottled water. The price includes breakfast for a not very demanding guest (porridge or scrambled eggs, vegetables, sausage, cheese and bread, tea, coffee). Luxury, however, does not pull at such a name. There is foam rubber on the bed instead of a mattress. The curtains fall out of the cornice when you try to pull them apart. And the light in the bathroom is blinking hysterically, I definitely do not recommend epileptics. Well, the price is space. If the price had been lower, I think the impression would have been smoothed out.
The rooms are not cozy , there is always some kind of drunken rascal almost until the morning. The rooms are dirty, although the reception claims that the room was cleaned. I failed three times and was constantly disappointed . I recommend the ajour hotel there and it is quiet and peaceful, plus the breakfast is good.
Rooms without windows, or with windows resting against the wall, are tiny in size, which is not very well displayed in the photo.
Poor lighting in the rooms, no ventilation.
But there are also normal ones.
In general, I do not recommend it.
I don't even know what has to happen for me to come back here.
My room was such that daylight did not penetrate, the plumbing was broken, the furniture was patched, instead of a chandelier there was 1 dim lamp, the room area felt about 6 sq.m.
The hotel also has the audacity to take a deposit in case of damage to something, fines are provided for stains on towels and linen, the cleaner shamelessly breaks into the room, it does not matter if a person is sleeping or not.
All this is a "pleasure" for 20,000 tenge per day.
Avoid this place.
The room was a junior suite.
- The laminate is already standing up like a house;
- The toilet seat on the installation was broken off and lay next to it;
- When you turn off the light in the bathroom, the LED bulbs for some reason strobe (which causes great discomfort at night);
- The air conditioner makes a lot of noise and it is not clear whether it works or not;
- The curtains are kept on a good word (the plastic curtain rod is pretty broken);
- Well, as a mattress, a large piece of foam covered with a sheet.
I don't even want to write about breakfast.
In general, think for yourself, decide for yourself...
It's not a bad Hotel, but the staff reminds me of the commandant in the dorm, plus there is a price list of property damage in which there is a line - a stain on a towel, to be honest, it was a little confusing.
No one is allowed into the room if there are already two of you, only with a scandal and a promise to leave in 5 minutes, decide who is right here, but I think this is unnecessary.
In general, it is quite clean, but the staff is rude, scandalous. I think you can always find an opportunity to communicate more politely.
I lowered my grade solely because of this.
I did not even expect such an approach to residents from such a small hotel, every day the room was cleaned, toothbrushes and slippers were changed. The rooms are tiny, of course, but this was not a problem for us, as we stayed for 2 nights. It left a very pleasant impression
It was very cool and the girl from the reception was very adequate, and the rooms were clean, at least I did not find more than one comment, next time we will also check into this hotel🥰🥰
The chlapovnik stinks terribly in a word, the whole body was bitten, there is no balcony, you can't get through to the respschin, you had to constantly descend from the 3rd floor
The photo shows comfortable rooms, in fact there is no air conditioning, no Parking ...
Did not live, left immediately when I saw it all with my own eyes...
It's very bad, seriously. I don't even have to describe it all. If you want to feel like a mummy, take a room in this hotel with "beautiful" views of the neighboring black wall of the house from the window
A normal hotel. That's all there is to say. Everything exactly corresponds to the price of his services. The rooms are pretty clean. The strict rules of accommodation are confusing, however, in practice, perhaps not everything is so scary. I calmly checked out, no one went and examined the room with a magnifying glass.
The location is three-fold.the staff is polite.I didn't get to breakfast.The rooms in the basement are just disgusting.the smell of the sheets washed.The plumbing is asking for repairs.the upper floors are better.You can live.
Cold. The staff is unfriendly. Breakfast is not all good and the cheapest. For the amount of 25,000 / day, it should be better. They were left only with despair
The hotel is very clean. But because of KVI, there are problems with the staff now. The kitchen is not open full-time.
Cleaning every day.
It would not hurt to update the towels.
The bed is new.
The beds don't creak.
The neighbors were not accommodated nearby. But the audibility is high.
There were no mosquito nets in our room 206. The toilet is uncomfortable, the forced hood is broken.
Therefore, four with a minus
