I decided to buy curtains. Since I am a disabled person of the 2nd group (musculoskeletal system), I decided to order online and use the courier delivery service (by the way, the most expensive delivery in the city of Minsk).
I chose the curtains offered on the website and paid for them. A representative of this store calls me and says that these curtains are not available!!!!!
The representative of the store offered to pick up curtains of a different color. We stopped at the drapes of a grayish-brown color. A courier arrives and brings me green curtains. I refused.
I tried it on the second try. She asked me to bring curtains of the color we agreed on. They brought it. It seems that the color is the same. But it turned out that one side of the curtain is shorter than the other. I asked to pick up the product of inadequate quality and return the money to me. They were rude to me and hung up on me.
Then the red tape on the refund began. They will transfer money to my card when the accountant leaves the hospital, then they do not pick up the phone, then they say they will call back and do not call, then they will bring me money in cash, then their courier is busy, then the courier is stuck somewhere.
With the courier, this is a separate epic. You can sit and wait for him for days. He doesn't call beforehand. The time of arrival is not specified. He comes when he wants to.
I have never seen such disgusting service.
This seller had the goods I needed in stock, I arrived at the store, it was closed, the break was 10 minutes (but when it started naturally is a mystery). An employee came, I asked about the product, she answered in surprise: Do we sell this stuff? He replied that you were selling on a deal buy and were in stock. She made a call to someone and tells me that the goods are out (although a couple of minutes ago she was surprised that they were selling such a thing), the goods are being transported and will be here within an hour. I did not wait, went out and made an order (16:49) through the shopping cart of the site with pickup. I received a standard email that the order was accepted, but I did not receive a call that day. The next morning I decided to call myself, it was about 10 o'clock, an ignorant girl answered, said she would check everything now and call back within 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes, I decided to call again, because I was driving past their store. The girl did not find out anything, she said that she would call back right away. I did not wait for the call, I called back myself a couple of hours later, but no one picked up the phone, after another hour I am writing this review.
