We ate quickly and went to the room, because it was unpleasant to be in such an atmosphere.

The hotel positions itself as a premium, but, unfortunately, we could not see such a level of service. A deluxe room was provided, which was not ready to move in, the first thing we encountered was a balcony door with a sticker on it, the door does not work. Going to the reception, clarify how a room is provided for check-in, in which there is no possibility to open the window, The answer is received, turn on the air conditioner or we can open the door, but in this case you will not be able to close it, it will always be open. I asked to replace the room, they answered, we'll see, after lunch we'll answer, coming to the room, there were further surprises: a chair was broken, hangers, informing the reception, the answer was, okay, we'll see. Also, according to the program, a compliment in the form of fruit and champagne should have been provided, unfortunately there was nothing, 3 times they sent a reminder to the reception, as a result, everyone shifted responsibility, and the compliment was brought to the room after another reminder at 23-30, at 23:45. This is absolutely unacceptable. Rotten fruits have been brought, the photo will be attached below. The room was eventually changed, a room was provided in which the drain in the bathroom did not work, no one reacted to this either, the rooms are dirty and need cleaning and maintenance When moving from room to room, a thing was left, they said what and where exactly they set aside, informing the reception repeatedly, the answer is well, let's see, in as a result, no one answered anything during the day. And only after checking out once again, they said we'll see now and brought it. The quality of service and service is terrible.

We liked the hotel, it is very convenient if you are by car. Who cares-there are electric car chargers in the parking lot, I didn't look at the connectors. It is difficult to evaluate the fives because everything is there that you expect. The breakfast is excellent, the spa area is very decent. However, people are allowed there "from the street". It can probably be very crowded at times, but we were lucky to swim comfortably after a working day. In general, it is not fashionable, of course, but very decent for the price that is being asked.

There is a large queue for coffee machines (only 2 machines). The pool and spa are disgusting, combined with a fitness center, high attendance from guests and fitness clients, the water in the pool is cold, you can't get into the sauna, there are a lot of people! All the sun beds are occupied with towels! There is parking, bar, restaurant!

Here is the most beautiful spa of all the Minsk fives where I have been and an excellent gym, which, combined with the price, makes the choice of this particular hotel obvious. Dilapidated repair, everything is already very worn out (room stock). The hotel does not meet the stated level: we were settled for two periods with a break (this was the route through Belarus), so I can double rate this hotel.
The spa is untidy, everything cannot be called new, the water in the pool is muddy. The rooms were poorly cleaned: traces of dirt were left, for example, in the bathroom when checking in. We chose the hotel precisely because of the spa, but it is absolutely not worth making a choice based on the characteristics of the "spa".
There is also a disgusting kitchen in the room service: both in terms of the quality of the dishes and non-compliance with the stated waiting time.
It also catches Wi-Fi poorly on all devices.
The hotel needs renovation!
In addition, upon check-in (earlier in the morning), girls with low social responsibility were seen at the reception desk passing by to leave the hotel…
Of the advantages, I can only mention a good breakfast and massage.

Прекрасный отель, расположен не очень далеко от центра, на такси 5-7 минут. Сотрудники приятные, доброжелательные. Номера просторные, светлые, чистые, удобные матрасы и приятное постельное белье. Есть возможность сделать кофе или чай в номере. Халаты и зубные принадлежности дают по запросу. Завтраки хорошие, если захочется блинчиков, то по вашей просьбе их приготовят с разной начинкой. Так же в отеле можно заказать бранч за отдельную плату, было очень вкусно и уютно. В отеле есть СПА и это очень приятно, можно поплавать в бассейне, посидеть в джакузи или погреться в сауне. Оценку снизила, так как одна из саун была холодная, а в соседнем помещении делали ремонт. С удовольствием советую отель друзьям и знакомым. Успехов и процветания.

Of the cons, one is fat! There was practically no window in my room! This is due to the external architectural structure of the building, and as they explained to me later, the room with a similar window, or rather with almost no window, is almost the only one on the floor. But it was me who got it. With this triangular half-frame, the room looks like a fortress. At the same time, the floor was half empty. It is unclear what the staff was thinking when checking in, but for me it was not critical, because the main task was to get enough sleep from a long journey. And it was not difficult to do this - the bed and pillows in the room are comfortable and comfortable.
In general, in terms of windows, I propose to clarify when checking in.

We booked a corner suite, we expected a great stay in a 5-star hotel, but this is about TIN!!!
Additionally paid for early check-in and breakfast breakfasts, I have not seen such a low quality breakfast for a long time-no variety, the cheapest sausages and EVERYTHING COLD. Cold fried eggs (which have just been taken out), cold pancakes and casserole.
Only fresh was delicious and that was it. In general, we stayed hungry at the cable, went to other places for breakfast.
Corner suite-peeling baseboards, dirty table, shabby doors, yellow stains on the tiles by the toilet (it was a shock!!!). And in the living room in the room, they saved on curtains-if you want to sit on the couch and create semi-darkness, then you will not succeed. There are not enough curtains for up to the window, it was already the cherry on the cake)))
One of the advantages was that the air conditioner was working in the room and it was quiet.
Spa pool (not cold water among the advantages), Jacuzzi and two saunas. The women's locker room was not working.
In general, the hotel made a very sad impression, it does not match its stars and stated value in any way. The rest was pretty spoiled, as a result, they left earlier.

Супер отель!
В стоимость входит зона спа и фитнес зал, жили 2 дня, 2 раза посетили спа(бассейн, сауна, джакузи), людей не много, но после 8 вечера нет свободных лежаков.
Отель свежий, хороший ремонт и мебель, поэтому всё аккуратно и комфортно.
В номере есть всё необходимое, единственное что халаты, столовые приборы нужно просить по необходимости.
Местоположение не плохое, рядом круглосуточный супермаркет, особо пешком ни куда не ходили, поэтому всё устроило.
Есть парковка за отелем, место всегда находили в любое время.
Цена за номер была при бронировании 80USD за ночь, в белорусских рублях это около 251бр, в русских получилось около 8000р.
Счит за свою стоимость это лучший вариант!
