The overall impression of visiting the restaurant was spoiled. This attitude towards customers and the poor quality of the dishes do not correspond to the level expected from an institution with such a reputation. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
A good restaurant on the embankment of the Sozh River. On a summer evening, the atmosphere is magical. Good cuisine. Homemade craft wines. I bought almost all of them, very good ones. I especially like lavender wine. The staff is polite and friendly.

In addition, when ordering, the waiter did not warn about possible delays (in less pretentious "Cornflowers" in a different way). The menu does not specify the composition of dishes everywhere: "Salad with squid in Asian style" turns out to be a set consisting of greens (about half the weight), 3 mussels, 2 shrimps and, in fact, 3 (three) thin rings of squid. The crispy eggplants were such by a stretch, i.e. only slightly fried; the nuts indicated in the menu were completely absent from the composition, instead of them pumpkin seeds.
One of my favorite places. We also celebrate birthdays here and just come in to have a cozy time. Delicious, modern, very satisfied with the service! I recommend it)
Of course, the view on the terrace in summer is cool, the atmosphere is also good. According to the food that was ordered delicious, only the croutons seemed greasy in Caesar, it feels like they were deep-fried, the tinctures are delicious, the prices are certainly not even average, but still there is a plus view in the park, perhaps justified, plus in the season it is probably more for tourists. It's a pity that there are no discounts for your birthday (many others have them), but it was nice when you were congratulated with a cheesecake with a table firework fountain, in general I recommend it. I think we will visit this institution more than once.

But everything can't be perfect and the service has failed (as I understand it, we weren't the first to encounter this). It all started with the fact that when I tried to call to book a table, the voice box kindly answered me and only an hour later the administrator called back, during the process of booking the table she had an inner curiosity and clarified the reasons for the visit (first he pushed me to some kind of promotion, a compliment from the institution, etc., because the administrator knew what would happen Birthday, but none of this happened, and I conclude that it's a personal curiosity, which is very inappropriate). The receptionist also approached us only after the bartender indicated that guests had arrived, before that there were some funny things on the phone.
The second nuance: at the beginning of the dinner, the waiter clarified that the bill would be separate or shared, which also looks very strange, it has never been seen before, and the client informs about such nuances independently if necessary :) If this script is written by the admin, then there is also another disadvantage for personal curiosity, if the waiter's initiative is a minus for him)
I hope the personal curiosity of the administrator did not encourage her to tip the waiter and he received them in full :)
Summarizing: the place is definitely good and I will come there again, I write a review out of good intentions so that such nuances do not arise in the future, customers are different, and about all these nuances (the reason for the visit, separate bill, etc.) the client will definitely inform you himself if he sees fit :)

Several empty seats were sadistically announced as reserved, but after two hours of waiting for my dishes, I did not wait for someone to come there. To the fair remark that the place is still not occupied, the staff changes their shoes in the air and declares that these tables are "temporarily out of service." The children's corner is located in such a way that children create chaos and problems for all visitors, not just their parents. The food is cooked for a very long time, and it is very mediocre. Very poor service, obvious disrespect for visitors.
I do not recommend ordering vanilla panna cotta with mango - one of the two portions has hair. We were asked to replace it and, to the credit of the restaurant, this dessert was replaced for us. But unfortunately, the one that was brought in had hair again. The waiter explained this by saying that these are mango hairs... would you shave your mangoes?)

A month passes, we are traveling from Vitebsk to make a pre-order from the menu. It was Saturday. We arrive at the restaurant and we are met again by the first cute receptionist girl with the same face as our first meeting)))) After we explained to her what we needed, she says that it turns out that they do not accept pre-orders on Friday and Sunday, because you see, this young lady does not have 20 minutes free for us)) Okay. And now the apogee of this whole wonderful story: arriving at the restaurant today after our parents, we pay attention that our guests are sitting in the HALL. Having asked a logical question to the administrators (there were two of them, by the way), the girls said that there was no reservation and just spread their hands, and now they can't transplant us because other people are already there. Naturally, after this institution was chosen for the wedding celebration only because of the gazebo, In WHICH WE were NOT PUT, the mood was not that zero, but in the red. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that after our conversation, these two miracle workers did not apologize and did not even try to somehow solve the situation by smoothing out the corners. And here (you won't believe it) comes a wonderful waiter girl (I don't know her name, sorry). She came up to us, apologized for the situation and I don't know how, BUT SHE OFFERED TO MOVE INTO THIS ILL-FATED GAZEBO. This man saved this celebration, watched our table all evening without any comments. Well, it's just a miracle, really. The savior. And about the girls: I sincerely do not understand how an institution of this level keeps such "employees" who receive money for standing at the counter and mysteriously looking into the distance. Everything is disgusting for one and the other: starting from meeting guests, ending with solving problems that they create for themselves, unable to record a specific client for a specific date and place. Girls, your level is a pub in the area, I'm sorry. I hope you will learn how to organize your work and no other couple will experience this.
