A huge territory uniting three different buildings. The territory is clean, lots of greenery, lots of bars with drinks and food.
The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, everything works, cleaning and change of towels daily.
The Russian-speaking staff is always polite and ready to help.
The beach is large, pebbles, clean water, 70 meters to the buoys, plus or minus, there is a place to swim. Yachts with tourists regularly enter this bay for diving.
The food is of high quality, the variety is quite acceptable. There is always meat in one form or another. If you are not fed with unicorn milk, you will not have to starve.
The operation of catering points is set up so that from breakfast to dinner there is always a place to refresh yourself.
Of the cons: there is a height difference between the buildings of the hotel, however, this is an excellent fitness.
The change of beach towels is strictly on schedule.
There are not enough shislongs on the beach, and they are almost always occupied by someone's towel, this is not the fault of the hotel, these are the hotel residents who are sick in their heads.
If you have scratches or wounds that have not healed, it is better to move in the sea. If you stand, special fish will bite very painfully in these places. It has nothing to do with an aquarium in a water park. It really hurts and it bleeds.

Excellent hotel, a combination of price/quality for 5+! In early October, the weather is great, delicious watermelons, a little more summer and sunshine! There are many pools and there is always a place to lie down, the sea is 3 minutes from the hotel building, good breakfasts /lunches / dinners... There is a grill area: fresh lamb for breakfast, meat/fish/liver/chicken for lunch/dinner. All the food is without frills, but high-quality, varied and for every taste. The wine is not bad, there is stronger alcohol and beer, but sooo light... although it's for the best in the sun. Delicious desserts for lunch and dinner. There is an evening program... the children liked it. There is a fitness center and a table tennis table... however, next to the table, the floor covering is sooo slippery (but if without extreme, then you can play. There is a shop on the ground floor with everything you need... a separate respect to them for the onion and its prices... it's very tasty, they bought it for themselves and as a gift. By the way, payment is accepted in any currency and if you pay in dollars, they do not change the change, but also give it in dollars... it's much more convenient this way)

It was in January of the 25th year. A quiet family hotel. There is not much choice in food, but it is quite tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Shower gel, it's also shampoo for someone) soap, towels and slippers are available. The beach is pebbles with sand, I did not swim in the sea, it was cool. There is a heated swimming pool. It was a disco, but on my vacation, due to the small number of tourists, there were a few couples there.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. A quiet and peaceful vacation. There are several Bazars in the area, but almost all are closed off-season. The hotel has a gym, spa, table tennis, billiards, and a convenience store. I recommend it)

We had a vacation together in September. One of the advantages is a good territory - beautiful green. There are many places to relax in the shade, on the verandas. You can stay out of the room all day. In our building, you could have breakfast and lunch if you didn't want to go to the main restaurant. There were divine croissants for breakfast.
In general, the opinion on nutrition is twofold.
If you like meat, then there was none.
There was turkey and fish. Seafood a couple of times. There is a variety in the diet, but without meat)
Alcohol in all bars is of different quality, even the cola on the bar near the summer theater is strange) but everything is normal at the bar near the reception.
Now for the cons)
Paid Wi-Fi. Modern people are so used to being in touch that this is a significant limitation.
We arrived at the hotel at 21 with pennies. Naturally hungry.
We were told to wait for the night soup, with no options. Sadness.
Coffee. There are coffee machines in the reception bar, as well as a barista making coffee in the coffee shop. But the range is not large. Just a base.
By the way! There is an awesome San Sebastian in the coffee shop!!!
And magnificent sunsets on the terrace near the reception.

The rooms smell very much of sewage, there seems to be no water lock. The air conditioners worked fine, and there were no problems with water either. We had a view of the construction site from the balcony)
The beach is quite large, but due to the fact that there are umbrellas from the Sun, and not tents stretched, there is less space in the shade than there could be.
And I really missed Pierce. There were big waves off the coast for several days, so you can't go in.
By the way, it was also possible to have a nice snack on the beach.

Alcohol is also so-so, the choice is not great. There are a lot of people, as in Anapa, there are no sun beds. Snack bars are sparse. There are enough sweets and other pies, a Russian peasant can't eat or drink, it's objective. The reception is working well. The whole hotel needs renovation. We stayed at the Justiniano Hotel and were generally satisfied. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, but, unfortunately, there are no interesting sights nearby — there is nowhere to go.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and cleaning was carried out regularly. The staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to help. The food at the hotel is excellent — varied and delicious, we liked everything.
As for the animation, it was quite weak. We were in November, perhaps because of the low season. In general, the hotel is good for a relaxing holiday, but if you are looking for active entertainment or excursions, it is worth considering.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2023, Theodore's building.
It is located a little further from the sea and the main building, but the views, repairs, and its own atmosphere of privacy are just wonderful. Plus, there is a transfer service and you will not be left with suitcases at your building.
The food is varied and fresh.
Excellent staff, provided that the guests behave like human beings🙂

We rested from 29/09 to 08/10/2024, lived in Theodore, liked it very much,it was quiet,cleaned every day, the plumbing is all new, there is no smell. It's not the worst hotel I've ever been to. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. Sleepless nights, a clean toilet, lighting, various activities and even peacocks. The rooms are without frills and with "rough edges". They clean up daily, but not perfectly. There are no questions about the food. Overall, it's delicious. There is fish and meat. I visit this hotel at the end of December. I've been there many times. There is a dynamic for the better. One global disadvantage is that it's far from the city. And on the beach, in the water, the guys bumped into concrete slabs and rebar. Be careful.

We had a rest in October 24.
The place and the territory of the hotel are beautiful, that's probably one of the advantages and that's it.
The beach is pebbly.
Otherwise, the food is not very good at all, you have to try very hard to find at least something that you can eat at all. Mayonnaise salads, fried in used oil. The meat was of questionable quality once a week. I've seen cockroaches a couple of times.
The rooms are tired, the last time was probably done about 15 years ago. And ants, it's just awful.
But the most striking thing is the attitude towards the guests. Young children are accommodated with a view of the disco, where music plays until 2 o'clock. Pensioners are accommodated in a two-storey room and require an additional payment of 35 euros per day, although they do not need it at all.
There are rude people at the reception and they snort and twist their noses at any outrage.
I won't go a second time and I don't advise others.

The food is good, we liked everything. The entry into the sea is not very comfortable , but we knew it because it was not the first time on this beach . The attitude towards Russians has changed , maybe it wasn 't very good in this hotel , but in 22, there was no such thing in the Giustiniano club . There is a disgruntled girl at the reception , talking arrogantly . In the bar , the child was not given nuts , then the Germans calmly took them . Well, all that ... spoils the impression of the hotel . Would you go there a second time? ... I think not anymore . Since we paid a ridiculous price for the rest, I put 4 stars. If it were over FIVE HUNDRED in the season, I would be awesome))) in a beach bar, drinking a coke from a glass in soap is not very pleasant for such money ) Maybe the attitude towards Russians has changed in Turkey, I can't say…Well , the hotel itself , this is a stretch of 4 or 3+

The sea is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone, a lot of pools, slides for children, a hammam-for free!!

We had our first vacation in Justiano. I will not talk about the location, rooms, etc. The most important thing for a guest, I think, is the attitude towards the guests. We lived in Theodore's building, the rooms are good, cleaning is daily, we came to the building only for recreation. We were in the main building all day! The territory is gorgeous, the sea is super, near the forest, mountains, beauty!!!! The animation is good! The food is super! Diverse! I do not understand those who write "there is nothing to eat!!!", and I want to ask, what are you eating at home?????. You won't be hungry, that's for sure! I don't like to relax in the same place several times, but I would return to this hotel again!

We lived in Theodore's building, in a family room. You will be taken from the reception of the main building with your suitcases to yours. But you need to take into account if there are health problems, it is better to go to the main building or to 4 *, because there are constant descents and ascents. It was normal for us, because we like to walk a lot.
The staff is polite, although not everyone knows Russian or even English. But there are also those who speak Russian perfectly at all.
It is more profitable to take dollars with you, because all their prices are the same ($ 5 = € 5). Only super large purchases are recalculated.

Very comfortable, on the second floor there is a separate shower and toilet. They cleaned every day, towels are rarely changed. There is a bar with water and soda in the room. The view was of another hotel, partly on the road, partly on the sea. Sometimes loud music was playing there, but it was fine with the windows closed. Since we got the upgrade to the family room for free, everything was fine with us.
Food and bars:
Theodore's building has its own restaurant, according to the menu. More emphasis on Italian food. Very tasty pasta and fish. There is also a bar where they make various cocktails (pina kalada, Mai tai, etc.)
Buffet meals are served in the main building. The food is varied and delicious. There are a lot of cheeses, snacks, vegetables, there are diet dishes, meat, fish. Pancakes, omelets, and scrambled eggs are made for breakfast. There were always watermelon, melon, apples, grapes, there were often peaches and sometimes popeye. Super! There is a mini club, where they cook pizza, dance, and draw. I stayed with my family at this hotel from September 28 to October 9, 2024. The territory of the hotel is small, the beach is small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. More than once we watched fights for sun beds that are provoked by local Turks who came to the hotel for 2-3 days, people go swimming, they throw off their things and occupy sun beds, they also unreasonably accost vacationers that they stole beach towels from them.
There is no security on the beach as such, everyone goes to other hotels. There are signs on the beach that the hotel is not responsible for the personal belongings of hotel guests left on the beach.
ROOM CLEANING is limited to changing towels and making the bed. No one cleans the dirt on the floor. Balconies, railings on the balcony are polluted with dried bird droppings that neither before us nor with us even thought to clean up. The bathroom and toilet are cleaned without disinfectants.
The hotel has three elevators that are constantly stuck between floors with people.
The food is disgusting, there is no choice, the chairs in the main restaurant of the central building have not been washed for years, they are all covered with incomprehensible huge stains that have accumulated since the construction of the hotel.
On the 3-4 day of stay, many vacationers suffer from eating disorders, and not which lovers of cream pies go to the hospital by ambulance. There have also been cases of people being poisoned by alcohol. During the day, the man was drinking in a bar and at night he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was charged 1000 euros for an IV. In the bars of the hotel, only wine is poured from bottles, all other alcohol is only locally produced and poured from vending machines.It is not possible to drink this surrogate either in its pure form or in the form of cocktails .The hotel administration did not apologize to people who were poisoned by food at the hotel and who had certificates from the local hospital with them.

The girls at the reception desk, when checking in the newly arrived guests, ask them to write a good review for a gift bag with a capacity of 3 rubles on a trading day.

The hotel meets the stated stars. A beautiful small well-groomed territory, but be prepared that you will have to swing your legs, constantly climbing uphill through the territory. You can't just walk around. The rooms are nice, clean, and cozy. Pleasantly surprised, cleaning daily, changing towels as daily, replenishing soap and paper as well. The food is very modest, but we were not hungry. There are endless queues in the restaurant, you have to stand over the soul of those who are sitting. The beach is clean, the sea is clean. The biggest plus is the Gorgeous animation!!! Special thanks to the management for the organization.

It's time to remember the warm days spent on the Mediterranean coast in July 2024.
The hotel was chosen for a long time. The toad was in charge. But the reviews were often alarming. There is nowhere to go, they are poorly fed, the next morning they woke up in an embrace with a cockroach - almost quotes. There were options to go to Egypt, but it seems like in July it was the hottest there. As a result, the toad was closed in the back room of consciousness, the budget was mercilessly increased by borrowed funds (even before the terminal increases in the key rate, so, in part, it was profitable to invest), and the list of hotels expanded, as did the smile of the travel agency manager. And here the territory of the hotel has already become important. Repeating a scene from the old KVN performed by the "Bad Company" team is not about me, but they decided to save some money on excursions, so I needed to walk around the territory somewhere. Why Justiniano Deluxe Resort? My wife used to rest a long time ago in the neighboring hotel of this chain - Park Conti, and we initially chose it: she liked it then, the territory was large, money was fine. The manager offered a Deluxe, and in the end we agreed, the money was plus or minus the same amount, well, we read the reviews online. It is clear that some of them are screwed up, and negative ratings can be unnecessarily subjective. So, for example, in the elevator of the hotel we met a woman who was bitten on the cheek by an ant, she blamed the hotel that the antihistamine that she was given at the medical center did not help, and had to go to the hospital. By the way, an ambulance is constantly on duty nearby on the street, where the lobbies of nearby hotels overlook.
So, Okurjalar county, before reaching Alanya. Two and a half hours later, the bus drove through the narrow streets, among the hotels, one more beautiful than the other, stopped at ours. Compared to some others, it does not stand out. Just a nice and well-maintained facade. The hotel has seven floors: three service floors, four residential. Since it is located on a slope, the lobby is on the third floor, and the two floors up and down are residential. The "ground" floor is a restaurant, and the "minus one", where there is a SPA and a small shop, goes directly to the pool and further to the sea. There is also a descent from the lobby for special vehicles, bypassing the walls of the hotel. At first we were given a room on the ground floor directly above the restaurant, but we asked for a higher one with a good view. They did not refuse us, but asked us to wait a day. We were not deceived, and on the third day we moved to the fourth floor to a room with a magnificent view of the bay in which the hotel is located. Ten bucks solves everything. "What a mess!" John Vasilyevich would say, looking from the balcony at the hotel territory and the bay, along which boats, jet skis, tourist boats sailed. On the left is the Black Cape, on the right is a line of hotels to another cape, where the aforementioned Justiniano Park Conti is located. There is also a rocky island where ships docked, apparently to buy.
The number that was earlier and the one that we received are identical, I can't tell you much. Two beds, bedside tables, shower room, the already mentioned balcony. The air conditioner was working properly, the shower was running, the blackout curtains allowed you to sleep even during the day (and this is great!). A large TV is a piece of furniture, since there was only TNT from the Russian channels. It was funny to watch the local stage a couple of times, but it seemed that it was somewhere at the level of the beginning of the two thousandth in Russia. Therefore, only sleep in the room. The mattresses on the beds are high and comfortable.
Disadvantages? One of the two main disadvantages of the trip is that the room is noisy. Even with the door closed in the evening, you can hear the show program and the disco. It didn't become a big problem for us, but if you are looking for a quiet hotel, I'm afraid this place is not for you. I wish I could say that it's quieter on the back side of the hotel, but, alas, there you will be entertained by the animation of the neighboring hotel. At eleven or twelve, everything goes quiet. About the animation at the Justiniano Deluxe Resort in one of the following parts. In the meantime, I'll get to the main point.
What does a modern person need on vacation? The sea? Food? Alcohol? Entertainment? Nope! WiFi! The free network is only in the lobby and in a couple of other places where the signal sometimes reached (for example, sometimes on our balcony). But to be sure, you can buy paid access almost throughout the hotel. The speed is good, social networks, cartoons look great, YouTube is not slowed down. The disadvantage is in its cost. I deleted, apparently, the photo from the reception, but something like two dollars a day. You can, of course, buy a local SIM card (I won't tell you the tariffs), or take a roaming package (MTS had 450 rubles for 1 GB per day and some minutes of calls). I didn't buy the Internet for myself, I had a detox, sometimes I came to the lobby for communication sessions. My wife was taken, and she was satisfied.
And of course, what people come to hotels for is "paid for everything" - a three-course buffet. They are fed in the hotel restaurant, at several points near the beach and pool, there are a couple of a la carte restaurants. There are no paradises here, but there is also "nothing to eat", as some people write on the web, too. A little bit of everything. The food is uncomplicated, but in sufficient quantities. As for food, I am an inexperienced person, I have not been to the "super-hyper-ultra-mega-pro-inclusions". Well, that's where foie gras, lobsters and crouton deflops are. Here everything is simple: salads, meat (fried, stewed, boiled), macaroni potatoes, some fish (I'm not a fan, I didn't pay attention to it, maybe more). I didn't see any queues, except for alcohol. Once people attacked pancakes at breakfast, but they just didn't have time to make the second batch. Yes, I stood up for fried sliced chicken meat for the same reason. Otherwise, come and take it.
The staff is very polite and friendly, always smiling. Sometimes it even became awkward from politeness and a desire to help. Everyone speaks mostly in English, but the girls from Kazakhstan diluted this English-speaking picture with our great and mighty. The chef always comes out into the hall and, walking past the tables with food, looks out at something important and instructively pronounces. We had no problems with food, as well as the consequences after eating.
There are two bars in the lobby and on the restaurant floor where you can get/buy cocktails or ice cream. There is a veranda/smoking lounge in the lobby with a view of the bay. But we don't smoke, and there were enough views of the bay from the room.
We did not visit the sauna complex, gym and indoor pool. They doubted that there was something there that could not be obtained from us. Yes, it is possible that there is no such massage or baths as in this spa complex anywhere else, but that is not why we are here. And beyond the sea, the sun and a good mood.
And now about the main thing. The warm sun, the sound of the waves and the unique smell of the sea tickles the nostrils. Somewhere to the side, you can hear the music from aqua aerobics, a parachute with a painted smiley face floats overhead. My feet are walking on a nice shallow sand. Okay, stop! What kind of sand? The reviews wrote that the beach is a pebble! Well, you who are looking for will always find it, my dear ones. But more on that later. The beach is good, but you still have to walk to it, passing a couple of pools, bars and a snack bar.
To pass is a big word. After all, it is so difficult to succumb to the temptation not to go to the beach, but to take a cocktail, some not too healthy food and stretch your legs on a chaise longue at the edge of the pool. There, without leaving a meter, immerse yourself in the sun-warmed water. There are several chances that you will not reach the beach. Leaving the elevator on the "minus zero" floor, passing by the SPA complex and a shop with souvenirs and all sorts of stuff, you get to the first pool, a little further to the right behind the two-story building, there is also a second one, where we often went. It belongs to the neighboring hotel - Justiniano Club Alania, but the territory of the hotels is shared, with the exception of restaurants, so we enjoyed using it. There is a beach bar near this pool. There is also a snack bar nearby with all kinds of food, replenished continuously. There is also a small children's water complex by the pool and another one, already for older children or adults who remain children, with large slides. I went there a couple of times, to be honest. I'm too old for all this...
What did I do by the pool? In the pool, people swim, dive, fool around in all sorts of ways. I have a child, for whom I was: a towboat, a springboard, a step, a losing side in the competition. In short, I had fun reading in between, lying on a chaise longue, and sipping a sanctioned Coke. You can also abuse it - the queue of those wishing to taste local alcohol did not end, but this is not mine. I tried beer once, but it didn't go in. Therefore, the bar has the already mentioned "Tears of Mickey Mouse" and their orange and lemon options, as well as, if you are too lazy to wait, from the Zuko and Jupi vending machines (are the olds here?). There are different types of fast food in the diner. Potatoes, burgers, salads, tortillas - it is impossible to stay hungry. The queue, of course, but this is so that you don't lean too much on the food, otherwise you can get pretty well.
But what about the sea? The sea is the sea. A lot of words broke about his description, like waves on a shore. It's warm, it's soothing. When you lie on the rocking waves looking at the sky, all thoughts and worries are erased in your head. I swam to a pontoon about a hundred meters from the shore, rested and dived off it. There's not much to see underwater - it's not Egypt, so there's not much point in taking a mask. Disadvantages? Pebbles. My first acquaintance with the sea took place on the Southern Coast of Crimea, in Alushta. There I was just glad to have the sea. But a few years later, I got to know the beach sand. Yes, the pebbles are cleaner, they do not get clogged wherever possible, after it the feet remain clean, as well as the water does not muddy in the coastal strip. Yes, they say it is useful to walk on it. They forget, however, to mention that useful does not mean pleasant. Still, the sand is much more pleasant. The entrance to the sea in front of the hotel is quite sharp, with a step of half a meter, which is difficult to overcome in case of excitement. Adult uncles and aunts had an iron bridge made to overcome this trouble, but for a child who is uncertainly holding on to the water, this entry into the sea is somewhat inconvenient. From this beach, we stole only a couple of kilograms of stones and small shells for the collection. Therefore, the first days were spent by the pool, then it was impossible to get out of the sea. What has changed? I went to the Black Cape (about it another time) and on the way back along the coast, I found out that two hundred meters from our beach there is sand and a smooth entry into the water. Yes, this beach belongs to another hotel, yes, you can't use the sun beds and the bar. But we're at sea! It was great there. And they bought, and they approached the rocks near the cape, where fish swim on the rocks among the plants, and they built a sand castle. That's great!
About animation. I am not one of those who is constantly in the spotlight, rather I am the one who "looks at others", standing nearby and not particularly shining. From the outside, I really liked everything. The song of the final dance of each pool competition (Athena - Hooligan) was simply ingrained in the brain and registered in the playlist. Animators from different countries, including Russia and Kazakhstan. Funny guys.
And in the evenings they give a performance. The program is scheduled for two weeks, after starting over. That is, you will get to two identical shows if you have more than an average vacation. Acrobatic performances, circus, dancing and theater, it was quite interesting, although we did not see everything. The main critic of our family liked it. Dad's neck is not very good.
And, of course, about the territory itself. I was satisfied. There is a place to take a quiet walk. It is big, green, well-groomed. Trees and flowers grow. As I said, you can walk around the territory of two hotels. Club Alania is more prominent, shady and quiet, along the two-storey buildings, and the "plain" Deluxe. There is even an aviary with peacocks. There is also a playground, but I have never seen children on it - who needs it when there is a pool and slides? I won't say anything about the kids' club - my daughter didn't want to go, and we don't mind. Naturally, there is a rental of sports equipment and a court under a canopy from the sun for its use. There was someone there all the time. Then football, then children's activities.
And finally, about cats and dogs. The local cats from the hotel are doing everything right. They keep in the shade, and by the time of the meal, the leather ones are pulled up to the restaurant. Clean, toasty, cute and smooth. Subtle psychologists. This one will come to your table, if you pay attention to it, it will hug your leg with its tail. If you give him something to eat, he'll step aside and eat there. If he does not get enough, he will come back to you, or to another compassionate vacationer. And after the meal he retires. Dogs were also present, but rarely caught the eye.
The main assessment of the hotel is what the person who stayed there can give: would you go back there again? I will answer firmly: yes, I liked everything, even the noise in the evenings did not bother me on the third day. So yes, there will be such an opportunity, we will go to Justiniano Deluxe Resort again.

We rested at this hotel in mid-September, stayed in Theodore's building, a minute walk from the main one, 2 minutes to the sea. In general, you can say he pulls on his money. The food situation is twofold, it seems to be good, but the same thing, mostly chicken or turkey, meat and fish are few, but
they definitely will not be hungry. The refrigerator is refilled once for the entire time. Animation is not enough, but we did not need it, there are several hotels nearby, so there is music every day and evening. We went swimming in the sea and sunbathing, which we did 100%, the weather did not let us down 👍
