A good hotel, food is on the level, alcohol is only local, the animation is all interesting (different dance and circus groups come) the beach is pebbly, there is a pantone), 800 meters away there is a large bazaar, several pools with slides.A good Italian restaurant, a Turkish restaurant is also on the level.

the rooms could stupidly not be cleaned.
the staff seems to be normal, but everyone is very steamed up.the rooms are tired.
the beach is tolerable, pebbles and entering the sea on bridges, the first week the sea was clean, then the hat, figs will understand what is floating in it, maybe because of the waves, you can swim only in the morning.
the food is not special, but you can eat it in principle, there is no seafood at all, there is not much meat, everything is monotonous.

We rested from 05/20/24 . I'll start with the food : I've never seen it worse, monotonous, not tasty. Bony fish, no meat at all, sometimes chicken, and it is unclear how it is cooked. You don't have to go to the main restaurant. There is delicious coffee and cakes in the pastry shop. We had hamburgers and French fries on the beach, but every day the same thing gets boring. The beach is pebbly, you can tolerate it, there are a lot of sun beds, it's better to take special shoes with you. The view of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. I can say good things about animators. The room is good, if you don't look out the window, the view is on the wall of the neighboring building. It doesn't pull for 5, I don't recommend it.

They claim a 5-star hotel, but there are definitely no 5 in total. The hotel is across the street from the main building and from the beach, the menu is very monotonous, I would say the same thing every day and there is very little choice.
The alcohol is terrible, there is nothing dry at all.
the service also leaves much to be desired.
Towels are generally given out with holes, if they are there, if you did not come at 10:00, but sooner or later, then you stay without towels at all. In general, this is the worst 5-star hotel in Turkey that I have vacationed in

They lived in Theodore's building. The building was chosen at the booking stage. If desired and seats are available, you can pay extra.the board will move to the main building. The room has a sea view, the view is gorgeous. The furniture is a little tired, but in general it is not critical. The cleaning is normal. Theodore's building has an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. From the nuances: in our subjective opinion, the food is modest, the choice is not big at all. The beach is good if you walk to the left, there are already small pebbles and sand. The main building needs to be repaired. When it rained, the children's club and partially the restaurant area were flooded. There were buckets and basins. The bar is good only in the main building. The beach bar was often closed. The hotel staff is friendly. In general, the hotel is not bad, but given the price increase, I would like a more comfortable stay.

It was the worst 10 days of my entire life. I'm not fussy, but I'll tell you why you shouldn't even consider this hotel. The photo does not correspond to reality! It's not worth the money! On the plus side: I was pleased only with the restaurant staff, delicious food, a beautiful lobby with a view of the sea, where you can admire the sunsets and the territory is very beautiful.
The rest is everywhere cons:
Everything is old, we paid for a room with 2 different single beds, which is essential, with a sea view, and asked for a cot. The result is two double beds without a cot, they asked to change the room. We were changed, but the view was already there, not to the sea, but to the next balcony, where you can see what the neighbors are doing in their room. That is, in fact, you go out and see the bedroom of the next room. The hotel is old, in need of repair, we have a broken door in our room, it is not possible to open the door in the bathroom! The plumbing is old. The hum from the ventilation, sleeping only in earplugs
And this is for that kind of money??
Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you go everywhere, pay 3€ per day…
At the reception, the staff doesn't care, they refused the request to change the room again and provide the one that was specified at the time of booking, the answer was "there are no available rooms, but I can put you in another building, but it's worse there" they don't know where the children's playroom is.
The rooms are poorly cleaned. The outdoor pool is icy, it's impossible to swim in it, so it's always empty. There are not enough deck chairs, and we were in early October. And what happens in the summer?
We used the spa services with my sister:
We asked for the specialists to be women, when we visited, we saw two huge men, agreed, because the procedures have already been paid for. The price of 50€ per person includes 2 minutes in the sauna, (shared sauna) peeling, massage, face mask and tea. I'm warning anyone who wants to go. It's cold in the hammam, you're lying on a cold stone, and you're really waiting for it to end. Then they take you out of there and ask you to wait (we didn't understand what we were waiting for, we thought they would bring us tea) but no, we were sitting in wet cold towels.
Then the specialists picked us up and took us to the office where the massage procedure began, I remind you that there is still a cold wet towel on our back, the spa is located on the ground floor, in short, I don't even remember if I liked the massage or not, as I remembered that I was very cold.
There are very strong doubts about sanitary measures, the whole hotel, including staff and visitors, was sick, had a runny nose, everyone was sneezing and coughing. Including me, my friends and family, the vacation was terrible. We were treated at home for two more weeks
I'll never come again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. One would like to expect a comfortable stay from such a price.

A hotel that positions itself as fashionable actually deserves no more than a three. The only thing that is on the top five here is the territory and the first coastline. As for the rooms, there is no gradation and as a result you can get a room either with the constant noise of powerful air conditioners on the street, or with the rumble of a disco until one o'clock in the morning, or with the noise of diesel generators outside the window and the sounds and smells of the kitchen under the windows. Also, old, almost worn-out beach towels, the absence of any accessories in the bathroom, except for a poorly functioning dispenser, and two small pieces of soap for two adults for nine days, add positivity. And of course the buffet, the very case when there seems to be a lot of everything, but there is nothing to eat, especially for men, long queues for grilled meat or fish. And the sea, nature, weather - everything is fine. They were in November 2023.

The hotel is located in a mountainous area. We lived in the main building, there were constant problems with elevators. It is impossible to sleep at night. The music is blaring until 01-30 at night.meals for 4 out of 5. We did not go hungry. The beach is a fitness(. Stones, and the entrance is not flat. There is no way without corals. I would like to note the kindness of the receptionists and girls at the reception, as well as the waiters!! They are in their place and trying to settle all misunderstandings. The rest of the staff is not accustomed to saying hello!

The attitude towards Russian tourists is so-so, starting with bracelets, Europeans have different ones! We met with Russian Germans, so they were poured normal drinks, and if we were suitable for local production, when you say pour another one, they said it was over, the bars in the lobby and near the central restaurant openly ask for tips. The rooms are plus or minus good, but it's not 5 obviously, the food seems to be normal, everything is standard for Turkey. The sea is good, but the entrance could be better equipped if you get up late and look for sun beds. The conflict with the bartender, despite the fact that I was communicating with another person, this one got in and started saying something to me and telling me, the person is not at all 5 stars, but not all, some are good! Animation from the 90s belly dance, some kind of rollers 😂 the coffee shop that everyone praises there is not very good, if you drink good coffee then you are not here😂 if you only eat sweets, and they do not know how to make coffee from the word at all, then the car is broken, then this is something else,in general, every time coffee with with different tastes, I would not recommend this hotel! The room is gorgeous in Giustiniano teadora standard , a very chic room, honestly I did not expect) The food is good, I really liked the coffee shop , during the day you can always have a snack , drink a cappuccino and eat a pie🥰
In the evening there is always animation , a nightclub , fun , different music , modern 💃
We express our deep gratitude to the administrator of the bar-night club Yusin , a very friendly person . The staff is polite and friendly . A very huge territory , very well maintained , there are places to walk, I liked it, I just can't convey all my emotions 😊
