One of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen in a hotel the staff are too rude to the tenants they are very rude and impolite the reception there were only a woman that are helping but the guys are not helping at all.when you call to ask for the simplest things such as changing the towels they say ok and then take forever to bring it you have to call several times.
The location was very good and the hotel is new and nice but the staff needs to have some etiquette with customers
