Pavilion is a mini mall, half the area is Union Coop. There is also Etisalat, Aster clinic & pharmacy, Mc Donald's, KFC and more.
There is always a parking spot, but make sure you either get out quickly or show an invoice when exiting the parking.

Clothes quality is low, and the cashiers are slow.
Free parking if you have a purchase invoice or if you stay for a short period of time which is unfortunately unspecified.
The longer beach (to your left) has a steeper inclination, suitable for good swimmers who are comfortable to lose touch of the seafloor.
For beginners the smaller beach to your right is the choice with its gradual inclination.
A good place for families and the parking is free.
Large area, green fields, play grounds for football, volleyball, basketball and tennis.
A playground for children, a good jogging\running track, a great cycling and roller skating track.
I took the fifth star because the park outdoor fitness equipment is very few.
Need to install more of them.
