The office is completely disorganised and messy, there doesn't seem to be much of a system for organising the packages. As a result there often a long queue because it takes the worker a long time to find the customers' packages.
I had a great haircut and excellent service from Said. They speak English here too if you're a foreigner in Minsk needing a haircut.
