Я пришел в больницу, рассчитывая на обычный осмотр носа и продление больничного, но этот визит оказался сущим кошмаром. Врач, **Султаналиева Гулжамал Кочорбековна**, совершенно не знала, как пользоваться онлайн-системой, и казалась абсолютно растерянной в этом процессе. В итоге я провел мучительные 35 минут в ожидании, пока она по телефону отчаянно пыталась разобраться в том, что явно не понимала.
В конце концов, она не смогла помочь мне с продлением больничного и просто потратила мое время. Когда я вежливо попросил ее дать мне какие-то рекомендации, она проявила поразительную грубость, заявив, что у нее нет времени на мои вопросы. Более того, она практически выгнала меня из кабинета и ушла в другую комнату. Весь этот опыт был невероятно разочаровывающим и непрофессиональным. Поступает она так не только со мной, но и с другими пациентами.
Очень хорошие и вкусные торты. Всегда заказываем у них, и каждый раз все лучше и лучше.

Although I've been to Subways all around the world, this is the worst service I've ever had. The staff is really rude. The females began chatting and joking as they were placing the order. She licked her finger to open the gloves, which is horrible. When I requested a sandwich for 30 cm, the first girl placed chicken on it (2 Scoops), and the second girl instructed her to take it out with an eye gesture. I was unable to determine which sauces are in stock and which ones are not because there are no stickers on the bottles of sauces. The girl was quite unpleasant when I asked her which ones were available. There was absolutely no politeness. There is no customer greeting. Subway has a "smile, serve" policy. But here it’s very depressing. I hope the owners will have a look and will take the action accordingly.
