Զուտ ռաքման արագության և արժեքի համար 2 աստղ, սպասարկումը (զանգերի կենտրոնի) ահավոր վատ, հստակ նախապես նշում ես, որ սպասարկման կենտրոնից ես վերցնելու ասում են առաքում եք ընտրել, զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակիցը ոչ մի ձևով չի աջակցում, ոչ էլ թողնում է նախադասությունդ վերջացնես, որ հասկանա ինչն է խնդիրը, նոր խոսի: Մի խոսքով, պատրաստ եղեք վատ սպասարկման մատչելի փոխադրման դիմաց, զանգերի կենտրոնը մեղմ ասած ահավոր ա: Հաճախորդամետ չեն բացարձակ: Սպասարկման կենտրոնի աշխատակցի մասով խնդիր չկա:

Very poor customer service. They have unexpected conditions that are not mentioned on their website. For example, they provide a contact number and address, but in reality, the courier needs to add a WeChat contact first and call through it to get a response from the staff. When contacting customer service, you might even be asked, 'What do you suggest we do?'—which is very unprofessional. Of course, there are some specialists who do their best for customers, but most of their CS staff don’t know how to work with customers. A well-deserved 1-star rating!
