This place is like the end of Saint Petersburg, I see people here once and then they disappear, they are like NPCs.
Don't worry it's so safe you can walk alone (in the morning) people are not kind so don't tell them "здравствуйте" just walk and don't look at them.
Lastly Dear Dog owners, especially those with large dogs. Please do not leave your dogs unattended.
