My experience at this vaccination clinic was frustrating and disappointing.
Despite the mistakes made on their part, there was a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward me as a customer. At no point was there an acknowledgement of their errors or an effort to make amends.
I would advise anyone considering this clinic to carefully evaluate other options, as this experience did not reflect basic standards of service or customer care.
