I’m from Finland, where restaurant service is usually quite cold and reserved. However, this restaurant completely changed my perspective! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the waitress, Victoria, who made my visit incredibly pleasant.
From the very beginning, she greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to help, even though I don’t speak the language. Victoria was incredibly patient, polite, and friendly. She explained everything, helped me choose dishes, and made me feel completely at home.
Her attention to detail, genuine willingness to assist, and professionalism deserve the highest praise. People like her make your restaurant truly special!
If we had even half as caring and thoughtful waitstaff in Finland, dining out would be so much more enjoyable. Victoria is a shining example of what perfect service should look like. Thank you for such a warm welcome—I will definitely return!
