Japanese approach and the places is very interesting and very unusual for the city. Very nice garden and a really nice decorations of the restaurant. The only negative point is the hospitality. I booked a table for one person 15 minutes before my arrival. They said there were no tables free and put me at the bar tender. On the hand, it was six or eight tables completely free in the main hall. I came to the receptionist for a couple of times asking for the table and they said no tables free again. Only several tables were taken. Another issue is timing. They brought two dishes simultaneously. The food is delicious but the gaps in hospitality and service habits - that should be changed.
The photo of facilities is very good. It’s old, but still you’ve got the charm of the place.
We arrived today. I was just a bit shocked with the hospitality with the reception desk. They’ve got some tangerines on the Reception table. As my kids started taking them the receptionist put them away. I can say the typical hospitality of Saint-Petersburg.
In my room, the fridge is locked. I called all the numbers on my phone. Nobody replied, So the team is not doing the job properly. So we will see until tomorrow and maybe we will change the hotel.
