It's just a great place ! But why we need to queue for about an hour everytime?!.. It's like to be at the passport control, every person is asked passport etc.. that makes an infinite waiting every time... Why they need to do that? And, if they really wanna do that, why they don't hire more stuff then?...
Th "Stella Artois" thy sell is obviously not a Stella Artois, it is just an undrinkable disgusting beer, in fact I could not even finish it. Why they always need to cheat with beers, selling cheap bad beers under the name of good brands??...
The place is nice but.... I ordered a draft beer, "Spaten", they said.... Well it didn't taste any good, then I ordered a Spaten in bottle which also was on the menu, this one tasted ok. The easy deduction: is that draft really a Spaten? Or do they lie and sell a disgusting cheap beer for 600 rubles calling it "Spaten" and cofusing clients?...
I was there last week, on Monday. I asked the waitress another beer then I kept talking to my friend. When I turned I realized she'd took it away.. but it was not finished... Why she needed to do that? Why she took my ber? The ABC of service, really... Actually the beer at the Bik is even drinkable, compare to many Moscow bars.
We went yesterday, they had a very good zhiguli lager, served very cold at a good price! On top of that, the waitress was very nice, friendly and smily which made everything even more perfect. Will come back!
Only one beer in the menu, small bottle 33 cl, 700 rubles, served warm!!! Never again!
My friend and I went there on 22 of August, after a day at the beach. We just wanted to eat something a have a few beers but that didn't happen.
A girl at the entrance looked at us and didn't let us in, according to her we were probably not too elegant.. well, we were wearing a t-shirt and a bathing suit, this is what you usually wear at the beach during the summer, she would probably expect clients in an elegant suit and a tie! The funny thing is the place was almost empty and this genius send off the only 2 clients willing to spend money there! Unbeliavable.
We went yesterday, we sat outside and ordered beers. Were waiting and waiting.. After about 10 minutes I went inside and politely asked about our beers... the waiter barely looked at me saying "ok".. the place was absolutely empty which made things even stranger... Came back outside, and waited again, in the end she came.. and I said: "Well, where are our beers"? she answered: "Sorry which beers have you ordered?" She'd forgotten!! Are you kidding??!!.. There was a manager right there, sat outside, I complained and told him about it, how is it possible, we were the only clients in the pub and still couldn't be served??!.. And what did he do? Just nothing, showing absolute indifference, didn't even say a single word. We obviously ran away and went to the bar next door where they had better and cheaper beer.
If they at least had apologised and tried to adjust the situation ok, we probably would have stayed but nothing.. The ABC of service, really, unbelievable... So, they obviously lost the only 4 clients they had last night. Elementary.
