Broken, the entire top lid swelled from the impact. It is unpleasant for the damage to property and theft. Pulkovo replied that no break-ins were noticed on the airport grounds during unloading. And there was a strange moment at the Dubai airport. When boarding the bus to the plane, they first let me through, and then took me off the bus, allegedly I needed to go through scanning again, they took my luggage and boarding pass with passport. Then they returned it. To my question, what happened? They replied that there was a glitch in the system.
Очень разочарована перевозчиком.
По самому полету на борту претензий нет. Но по прилету в Пулково обнаружила, что мой чемодан вскрывался. Приоткрыла чемодан вроде все вещи были на месте. По приезду домой обнаружила, что деньги, которые забыла вынуть из чемодана украли. 15 тыс испарились.
Летела рейсом 9 апреля 25 FZ991 17:55. дубай-спб. Написала кучу писем и ни одного ответа. Плюс чемодан в ужасном состоянии. Проломлен, от удара вздулось все покрытие верхнее. Неприятно за порчу имущества и воровство.
Из Пулково поступил ответ, что на территории аэропорта при разгрузке моментов взлома замечено не было.
И был странный момент в аэропорту Дубая. При посадки в автобус до самолета сначала пропустили, а после сняли с автобуса, якобы нужно ещё раз отсканировать, забрали багажный и посадочный с паспортом. После отдали. На вопрос, что случилось? Ответили, что в системе сбой(
Не дозвониться от слова совсем. Была 33 в очереди. 52 минуты прождала. Пошли гудки и трубку никто не поднял.
