Stained bed sheets, someone elses shoes traces on the floor. Breakfast supposedly ready at 10:00 is non-existent. Receipt as "proof of stay", dated and stamped, impossible to get (when I received earlier withput a problem).

I just droped in without appointment (I was not expecting a barber shop there), and they took right in. Friendly staff and perfect beard trimming! 👌👌

As a tourist droping by, I ordered the Don Pizza on the menu. It was VERY good!! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere!!😊🙌

As French cook, the steak I ordered rare was served cooked and dry. 25 minutes for a rare steak and fries long after othet clients came , sat and already ate..bad service, no cinsideration for the client and overall AVOID this restaurant. Mc Donald is actually better, more orecise and quicker. Shame on this tourist trap of a restaurant.

The room was huge and the shower was good. Service friendly. The minus points are: dusty floor near the bed, LOTS of mosquitoes like it was some outdoor camping and the lady of the morning shift come and warn you 30min before 12:00 that you have to leave soon.

Очень хороший отель и отличный сервис, но свиная рулька подается только через 1½ часа после приготовления с испорченным вкусом и запахом мяса-это настоящий скандал!! Никаких извинений со стороны отеля, повара и тем более администратора/консьержа. Высокомерие, которое я редко видел. Отель обслуживает дерьмовых клиентов, и это нормально. Для информации: свиная рулька запекается в духовке в течение минимум 5 часов при температуре 100°C. По возвращении в Москву я лично уведомлю об этом органы здравоохранения.
