I recently stayed at this hostel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite booking a three-night stay and informing the hostel of my late arrival, I was denied a bed upon arrival after midnight and had to spend the night in the reception area. To make matters worse, I was charged for that night despite only being allowed to check in at 10 a.m. On the final night, my belongings were abruptly removed from my bed at 11 p.m. without any prior notice, causing significant distress. The staff were unhelpful and rude throughout my stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hostel due to their unprofessional conduct and lack of basic hospitality.
