We had a really unpleasant experience at this cafe. We came in with our 3-year-old child who was eating an ice cream we bought outside. We ordered food, but then a waitress told us that outside food was not allowed and that our child couldn't eat his ice cream there. We explained that our child really wanted the ice cream, but they insisted and said they would call the manager. Ultimately, I had to take my child outside to finish his ice cream while my wife ate her meal inside. It was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I don't recommend this place if you have young children.
Заведение позиционирует себя как "вип", только в снятой сауне за 200 рублей на 3 человека хотелось бы не открывать охраннику дверь в своё помещение, чтобы он в служебном помещении включил сауну для соседей. Мыла в душах нет, множество функций, которые были по началу в сауне, уже просто не работают: в джакузи, душах и в бассейне. Перила на входе в воду бассейна шатаются, что может быть не безопасно. Ни халатов, ни полотенец, ни тапочек, ничего не выдают.
