As a foreigner it was my first time and even first minutes in city called Vladimir. But what I saw is that very lack of knowledge of all people working in this hotel. They are not aware of any law, and documents given in their own country. So they questioned and made me wait for minutes before check-in. Moreover its not even the best quality of service. A BIG MISTAKE TO COME HERE.
They’re doing amazing job here! Always very attentive and friendly! Also the quality is great 🥹💚
