Don’t recommend this gym. I was in the middle of my set at the low row machine. A gym coach without asking me changed the weight and invited a trainee to exercise. I expressed my concern. But the coach told me that they were training as well. I approached a gym admin. Nothing they could do. It’s the gym ethics to take over the machines. It’s a shame! Be ready to stand up for yourself!
