It's just disgusting. The staff is terrible. The girl was putting vodka on the shelf behind the cash register while I was waiting. I was late for the bus. I had to hurry. I called her alone, but she didn't hear me. The second one got up and said, "I didn't seem to be going anywhere." He punches me four cups of coffee, which I took in a panic. I miscalculated, yes, I admit. It turned out more than I had planned. I asked to cancel one coffee, because my budget is only five kopecks (the fact that coffee costs 1.69 I'm generally silent, but it's not the store's fault). In response, they snapped at me with the words "girl, you know what cancellation is nowadays." Thank you for calling me "you" at least. I tried to pay with a card, but it wasn't enough. I started looking for more pennies to pay extra. One man helped me and paid extra for me, thank him very much for that. They tell me, "next time, look at how much money is on the card." I'm sorry, because I wasn't quite right either. In response, they snapped at me again with the words "leave your apologies at home."
I'm graduating from college of commerce myself: I can imagine what cancellation is. I know how it works. It was possible to reset the receipt, close it. But at the same time, they caught up with me with a claim.
Additionally, I can say that sanitation is quite poor. The meat dispenser often smells unpleasant, and the cash registers are open, as well as completely inconvenient. Disgusting.
It's the only store on the street, and it's a hell of a lot of things. Bakery products are tough (no one seems to know anything about their shelf life), and storing goods is not entirely rational: snacks are next to dairy products, seriously? Frozen food is in the middle of the hall, which is as inconvenient as possible.
