Salon number 1 in Gomel!!! Very attentive and professional craftsmen!
They made a real queen out of my princess. The wool became incredibly soft and smooth. Separately, I was pleased with a wide selection of various sweets for every taste and purse. They suggested what is best for our breed. It's a pleasure to deal with such masters and animal-loving people! My pomeranian is happy, but I can't look at her enough. We made an appointment for a haircut in advance and arrived on time.
It was agreed that I would be present during the haircut (an American Cocker puppy, for the first time in the salon). As a result, the master came out, said that it was too early to cut it, they could wash it and trim it a little (I washed it yesterday to reduce stress), I wanted to take the puppy "there", and when I refused to give it back, she said that I needed to wait a couple of minutes...
And an elderly visitor squatted among bags of food for 30 (!) the minutes didn't even turn out to be worthy of a chair!
Thanking "for the great service," we left, in general.

I had a very unpleasant impression after visiting the salon. My beloved cat has turned from a handsome man into.....it's unclear what!!!!The quality of the service is terrible!!! But there is no limit to my indignation!!!They didn't comb it out, but just pulled out the undercoat of a Maine Coon cat!!!!And the worst part is that they consider it the norm!!!! I won't even visit such a place for free. I advise you to be very careful about choosing a salon and a master. After all, the restoration of a cat will now take a very long period of time. The morning of the next day, after the salon!!! I wouldn't be surprised if my review wasn't published. But our story has a sequel.

For the last 4 years, we have taken the dog to this salon. At the beginning of the haircut, the prices were as reasonable as possible.
Later, the salon apparently began to recruit craftsmen- the quality of haircuts began to fall. The last few times (literally yesterday and a month ago) the haircuts were not of high quality. They didn't cut it somewhere, forgot to trim their claws, and so on. That's not the worst part. There was an incident about a year ago - a dog's paw was cut with scissors. The wound was deep enough (it was impossible to cut and not notice). They didn't tell us anything. They only saw houses. A little later, the dog's neck was cut with a typewriter... this time they warned, apologized (papillomas formed on the neck, we did not know ourselves). This time they cut the dog again, under the tail... and of course they didn't say anything. Is it trivial to apologize???
Don't set foot in this salon anymore!

Unfortunately, we have come across the fact that the fact that you have been a regular customer for many years does not guarantee high-quality services. For more than one record (3 records in a row), the staff postponed the recording due to "force majeure". And once again there was a force majeure, in which we refused to postpone the recording. Apparently, the staff decided to "punish us", since not only did the dog get a haircut in 1.3 hours (although they cut it 2-2.5 hours all the years) so they also said to come for the dog in an ultimatum form. In addition, at home already (in the salon, under the influx of feelings, they did not notice) that the dog was not even washed, but apparently it was cut quickly, since under one of the legs it had not yet been cut quite qualitatively. We are all human beings, and when you asked us to understand your "force majeure" in the past, we met you halfway. But one single time they refused, and received such an attitude? It was very unpleasant, but we will not visit this salon anymore and we will not advise his friends as a salon with "high-quality services and polite staff".

After long wanderings through the salons of the city, we were lucky enough to get to them with a Vitamin girl of the Jack Russell Terrier breed, a capricious breed with a character. Many thanks to the masters Tatiana and Marina for their humane attitude to pets)) We did ultrasonic brushing and hygiene with our problem teeth) now we have a Hollywood smile and healthy teeth) these are masters = people who love their job. We cut the dog several times, everything was fine. But today, after picking up the dog from the salon, I was shocked. We were taking the dog in the car and noticed a lot of blood on the covers. It turned out that the claws on my hind legs had been hacked off so that all my clothes and car covers were covered in blood. It hurts the dog to walk. The blood was barely stopped, and the claws bled several times throughout the day. By evening, he began to lift one hind leg, stopped stepping on it altogether. It probably hurts a lot. I had to give up the walk in order not to get an infection. I called the salon, they said that he was jumping and they were not comfortable. Nightmare. But there must be professionals in the salon... I feel sorry for the dog, now he will be even more afraid to get a haircut. This is the first time.
