At 20:47 I went to the store to buy food for my pet. I didn't have time to open the door, as the seller literally escorted me out with the words: "I'm already closed, I won't sell anything," while having a very active conversation on the phone.
I understand perfectly well how hard it is to work out the last hours of a shift, I myself have worked in a similar field and consider this behavior extremely unprofessional. At the very least, it was possible to politely warn and apologize for the situation, if there really was one.…And I would have accepted a refusal if I had arrived in 1-5 minutes. There were no warnings about possible work in the form of inventory and the like.
Please work with the employee. I want to continue visiting this store and please my pet.…

I've never seen her squatting smoking in front of a store, and once I caught her drunk in a store (she smelled like alcohol). I wrote on the website, I did not receive any response, only a reply that you would do something. There is only one pet store in the area, but after such an attitude towards customers, the desire to buy anything from you disappears. You come in a good mood, you leave in a bad mood. Change the seller!
Dear "Evgenia" and "Daria", I don't think you're in quotation marks for nothing... I wish you to go and look after yourself. This is a start! I'm a frequent customer there, and I buy food every month. And you are inadequate. The seller there is a friendly person who will always help with advice, both live and on the phone. And as for breaks, a person should have a coffee break for at least 15 minutes. It's normal when the store is closed from 5:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. So before you throw your negativity, start thinking with your brain!

I repeatedly came across an employee of this pet store drinking at the workplace (sometimes with her girlfriend). They show aggression, they sniff anything, they obviously have no competencies, they can't tell you anything, and they're also in a state of alcoholic intoxication. Complaints through the website did not help, apparently they did not hold the promised conversations)
I wish everyone to avoid this infamous place if the company is unable to hire a normal employee.

It is very difficult to evaluate a store when the first impression was influenced by a strange seller. I asked one thing and answered about another. Because of her, I had to go twice and still didn't get what I wanted. A pet store for cats and dogs, mostly. There are no different sweets and buns for guinea pigs and hamsters.
