Tomorrow evening comes, there is no delivery. I called, no one picks up the phone. The next morning, I ordered food from a normal store. The cat was left without its food for two days. Do not order products from the online store "zoofauna.by "you will save time and money. Shame on the store! You can't work like that! I do not recommend buying in "zoofauna.by ".

It's not a store - it's a hoax! The food was not delivered at the agreed time, they do not get in touch! Highly not recommended! And judging by the reviews, this attitude towards their customers is a normal practice.
The food was not delivered, although it was promised. The dog was left without food. And they don't pick up the phone after that.

We made an order for the delivery of dog food in this store. There was a request to bring food on Friday before 19:00. At 19:30, the order was not delivered and did not call. After that, I called the manager myself, who said that the order was from the courier. He did not contact the courier himself, but sent me his number. I call the courier, and he says that there is no such order, he says to call the store. I call back to the store, they tell me that the order is lost and they will contact me later and just hang up. An hour later, we agreed that the food would be delivered on Monday, since there is no weekend delivery. On Monday, the courier brought me an order, but the amount was 20 rubles higher (delivery was free). I called the store to clarify why the cost is so high, to which they tell me that an error has occurred. The manager offers to transfer money to the card, I agree. I sent him the details of the card in the telegram. It's been more than a week, but no one has transferred the money to me. P.S.
If you don't want to buy extra hemorrhoids, then I don't advise you to contact this store!
