While the door says "break until 10:00" at 13:40, the store is closed for some reason. And it would be fine if this was an isolated incident, as it happens on a regular basis. I don't recommend it.

The quality of service just dropped, it was a pity there was a good online store. The order was not delivered, they were not informed that it had been postponed, they called and explained by phone that it had been postponed. (they did not apologize, which implies that this is the norm for them) but the next day the order did not arrive. You'll have to look for another store... Discounts do not win customer loyalty, but simply attract leads.

I like this zoo chain, assortment, promotions. There is a small pavilion at this address. What is convenient: “Neighbors"-I bought food for pets at ZooBazar at the same time (IF I still have what I need ..). I always take sprouted greens,dry dog and cat food, filler, processing time.
The only disorder is that the area empties the shelves, quickly disassembles the feed by weight and filler. I come often- the answer:It's gone, it's gone, it's been sorted out..
Is there a possibility??Replenish stocks of goods on weekdays as they decrease. +On the eve of the weekend, analyze the demand for past periods. And provide the NB.
When not available, I have to turn to other zoo dealers. I once voiced a similar request to the staff when they were training a new seller, they responded in a short time, thank you)). I would like to supply on a regular basis.

I ordered the product for pickup, there is no information about breaks in the confirmation or on the website, and sellers do it when they want. I understand that people should have lunch, but in this case, specify the store number in the order confirmation with a note to pre-call so as not to go for an order several times a day

The most boorish seller from all this area works here, I go into this store every day, she smokes and closes the store constantly, not hesitating to discuss her work and management publicly on the street, probably hopes that she is not heard or does it on purpose, but yesterday (December 5 from 17-30 to 18-00) what happened to me in this store....
