And oh, the miracle (!) he calls back an hour later, the manager calls back and says that you can pick up the goods from the store where they are, i.e. go to the other side of the city! What's the point of having an online store and, even more so, an app????
I come from another area to this store, I want to express my great gratitude to the sellers, the girl with tunnels, beautiful tattoos, alas, I do not know her name, just the sweetest person. It wasn't like you were all alone in the store. One of the few shops where you can come with a dog and she is welcome there. So far, it's a solid "5". And then we will watch.
The store has recently opened, but there is a large assortment of goods, sellers know the goods and are ready to give advice on the issue of interest, when I asked for help and advice in purchasing tick pills for a pet, they told me what was better and, due to the fact that they did not have pills for the right pet weight,they called all their stores and found the right product for me.
I came to buy cat food, asked about discounts. The seller (a young man) said that when ordering online with a discount card, minus twenty percent. That's what I did. I came to pick up the food, but there is no discount. The young man apologized, not sincerely, and added that the discount applies from 6 kg and above. And how to interpret such forgetfulness?
It's not a very good store, I didn't like the fact that girls don't advise that it's better than you can replace the food that you need, but it's not there, it feels like robots, they said sold no means no
