Due to the constant turnover, there is no point. Previously , a girl worked . Responsive, responsible. Literate. Now, alas. They won 't even rip my ass off . There is one answer to all of them: no, it doesn't happen, etc. We've never even offered anything like that in return.Even now, we don't go in when we're around. And this is not an isolated case on the network. Management needs to financially encourage those who really want to work professionally. Only a good salary and working conditions. Then there will be a flow of people, hence revenue. Not everyone uses online orders.
