Cat food costs the same as dog food, and as a result, we have a difference of almost 10 rubles, I called the store to sort out this joint, they said they could refund the money. I came to the store half an hour later for a refund, which was agreed upon by phone, but it turned out that during this time the staff decided that they could not call and warn me that the money would not be returned to me, because the price was correct, and the difference and conflict occurred because of the wrong price tag and not the attention of the employee who sent them I was arranging it (the price was from cat food, but the price tag was from dog food)

Not the same store as before I tried to call all day, at first the phone was turned off, it looks like it was turned on, but no one picked up the phone, I went to the store, there are 3 sellers and they are very emotionally arguing about who has a weekend and a vacation, at least they said hello, but not the first. I clarified about the products of interest, there was nothing in stock and without offering a replacement, we began further discussion. In total, I made a purchase in a nearby store.

On August 18, at around 18:00, they wanted to buy fish in the aquarium, to which the seller at the checkout (there was a man, I don't remember his name) replied (literally): "if you are after fish, then I will not catch them, they wrote a complaint against me before you that I had been fishing for a long time." This is the first time I've met such an incompetent seller! It's just awful!!! I do not recommend this store! I hope the management will see this comment and take action.

I give a bad rating only for the aquarium department. Aquariums are not serviced, overgrown with algae, plants are frail and sick, fish are sick, sometimes dead swims. Today I saw another catfish eating a dead catfish. I would never buy fish and plants from them.
