I do not know who is right who is to blame. But my dog died young, only 3 years and 2 months old. Weight 4kg, chihuahua. Most likely, she died from an incorrect dosage of anesthesia. Unfortunately, Luana had a hernia, we were advised to have surgery (the tests are not normal), I asked if it was possible to do sterilization in one thing so as not to torment the dog. They said it was even better. We brought Luanochka to the appointed time on 05/31/2025 at 13:00, we were asked if she had any problems with her heart and other organs, we said no, but she had liver problems, we treated her liver for more than a year and a half, because her mother pampered her with human treats and cooked natural food with added salt. They gave her a sedative injection, she felt sick, and after 25 minutes they brought her other injections. ECG, ultrasound, NOT DONE, it turns out that IT NEEDS to be done. We were told to leave and that at least 2 hours should pass, that we would get a call back. My mom wanted to wait in the clinic, but I talked her out of it.
Most likely, operations are imposed on people, it may be beneficial, but couldn't you tell us that the operation is not needed yet, let's try to look at the dynamics or there is a risk that your dog will die, that the operation is dangerous, she could have lived without surgery for a very long time.
We came to this clinic more than once, treated another dog, operated on a cat, and received all the vaccinations and everything at this vet clinic. I TRUSTED the DOCTORS, I didn't even argue because I thought the doctors knew their job.
We left our beloved Luanochka, hugged and kissed and saw her for the last time without even saying goodbye. My little angel, may you have good dreams.
They called us back and said sorry, we couldn't help her, you don't owe us anything, we'll bury the dog ourselves.

I fought for my life until the last hours. But I saw with my own eyes how her upper body was swollen, and her breathing became difficult, as if she had heart problems.
I'm not a veterinarian. But I am a mother to her, I felt that she was getting worse, and there was more and more treatment, and less and less help.

Immediately, without any objections, they provided first aid and conducted all examinations. The dog felt unwell and took him to this clinic. They did several tests, and in the end they said the plague. They were treated for the plague for 2 days, 7 injections were given a day, it turned out to be empty. Today my dog had seizures and epilepsy, since this clinic does not work on Sunday, I went to another one, and thank God, I found out that my dog has food poisoning, and that what is happening is a side effect. Now my dog has a small percentage of survival, and he is not even two months old. I do not advise you to go there if your pet is dear to you.

I asked several times what certificates are needed to travel to the EU and who should do them, they only repeated that it was necessary to get a certificate at the airport. The airport staff said that the certificate was issued by the clinic and they were absolutely right. High prices, it just looks like some kind of shabby basement, there is no normal animal feed. If it were possible to put less than 1*, then I would put a negative rating.

I do not recommend it. Doctors do not know how to properly examine animals, there is no love for animals. They treated a small kitten for 1.5 months - they prescribed a pate (which, as it turned out, is categorically impossible now) except to measure the temperature, nothing else is included in the examination. And the prices are unacceptable
As a result, we turned to another doctor, who is now fighting for the kitten's life, as the intestines were torn off because of the pate.
If you want the animal to stay alive, find another clinic. There is nothing good here

This place cannot be called a veterinary clinic, forgive me for such a comparison, but in Russia even homeless animals would not be sheltered in such a room, but here they are "treated". Oh, yes, they also let you through the gang without queuing, and it doesn't matter how long you stand in line — an hour or two.
A store with a rich assortment that falls off the shelves, because the room is not equipped for the purpose of selling from the word at all, which raises doubts about the quality (if they cannot spend money on a normal room, they may save money on supplies and sell counterfeit goods).
