I WILL NO LONGER ENTRUST MY JEWELRY TO THIS ATELIER! I handed over to shorten the rod in the earring to the navel. As a result, the earring was bent, the rod was wrapped on its side, the carving itself was also made carelessly, the edge was sharp, not turned. IN GENERAL, THE PRODUCT was RUINED AND the timing was also deceived: I handed it over on December 2, they promised that it would be ready on the 4th. As a result, 4 people called me and said that it would be ready tomorrow and they would call me back. On December 5, no one called and in the evening I called the atelier myself, they replied that there was no receptionist today and therefore I would not be able to pick up the earring, come tomorrow. The next day, December 6, I received a call and was informed that I could finally pick up the product, I specified how long the studio was open. I was told that before 19:00, but it is better to arrive before 18.00, I said that I would come after work. I arrived at 17:50, it was closed and there was a note with the inscription "technical break" and a phone number. I called the specified number, at first they dropped it, after 5 minutes they just didn't pick up the phone. In the end, I left with nothing. The earring was eventually taken by her husband the next day, December 7. And when I saw the result of the work, I was just shocked. I wrote to the studio on Viber that the product was damaged, attached a photo, they didn't even answer anything, even though the message was read. In general, I am disappointed.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. The master comes and goes as he pleases. In the evening, you can only find the receptionist, and then if you're lucky. When I tried to repair the product again, I had to wait half an hour for it to arrive. They work on a free schedule. On Saturday, the working day is until 19.00. I arrived at 15.00, everything was closed. They do not answer the contact phone numbers.
