I recommend it to everyone, it is located next to the railway station, very convenient, affordable prices. The sea is nearby. The store is a night shop. From the sauna you can immediately dive into the pool, what else is needed. The owner is a wonderful man!

We were passing through with our family, rented for one night, they gave 3500 for the room, to put it mildly, they didn't really want to wash the laundry, they asked for 500 rubles,before leaving, we were informed that we owed another 1200!!!!Because we left on time, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUEST HOUSE, A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!

I put 2 stars only for the terrace near the room because this is the only plus.
And then there were some disadvantages, the room was dirty, there were stains on the bed linen and other people's hair (it is not known from where), the room smelled terribly damp, mold is on the ceiling, the toilet is right in the shower, and the hotel is located 3 km from the sea and 2 km from the center and at the same time the price for The number is 4000r.

It's not bad, but it's very noisy, near the highway and the railway, about the rooms, the mattresses are very bad, sleeping on the couch turned out to be more comfortable... In some rooms, the shower is very scary, with rust, it leaked in our room, so they gave the go-ahead to change to any other, there were no cabins in others, there was only homemade, in the room that was chosen for replacement, there was also a terrible shower... The bed is also not comfortable, perhaps it is economy class, but the entire third floor of room one is whiter than the second... The ratio is good, for this 4 * instead of 3... In general, if you have nowhere to stay at all, then it will do

Well, the pictures are a lot more fun than they really are. for VERY unassuming people for one night. there is a swimming pool, but it is on the aisle. There is a kitchen, but you can't cook there. There is a cafe, but you can't eat there. there is a shared refrigerator, but everything is packed and smelly in it.. a room with a toilet combined with a shower.. literally, there is not even a threshold, everything pours and splashes merrily right on the toilet.. on the plus side, there is a decent common area with a table, a large flat-screen TV, a coffee machine in which you can pour your grains and make coffee. the place itself is a highway. there are parking spaces. there is a police school nearby, in my opinion - there are always a lot of shoulder straps)
