I'm calling in August, the appointment is for October. So what kind of arbitrariness do you have there? Someone signed up during this period, and your registrar is lying that you are not recording. Next, my husband has a seal (your seal) my tooth began to hurt (my cheek was swollen). I'm calling, please accept the answer that we have nothing to do with your surgeon. The registrar is an excellent liar, says that they do not record adults, only children. The day before, I was with the children for an examination, an adult aunt was sitting for dental treatment with our doctor. We went to another doctor, opened the seal and sent it for a picture. Unfortunately, dentistry cannot do this manipulation.

But instead of establishing contact with the child, turning on a suitable cartoon, telling about their tools, telling about the procedure itself and what it is needed for, they immediately said "now I'll show you how my brush works" and turned on the turbine tip. That's all. The child was afraid of a loud sound, and there was no question of treatment. I talked to the child as a result. I have worked as a dental assistant for several years and I know what a children's appointment is, what an approach from a doctor can be, but here they will just treat the tooth if the child sits quietly. This is possible in any clinic. To the doctor with whom I once worked, the record is months in advance, and the baby tooth can't wait that long, unfortunately.
And despite the fact that the contact was not established, they made an appointment with the wrong doctor, at the exit "you will be charged 26.50rubles for a consultation." I was a little confused because they hadn't warned me about this moment. "Did you sign us up for the wrong doctor and demand payment for the consultation?" "We will give you a discount." The desire to cover up your incompetence, starting with an appointment with a discount, is of course very cool.
