I gave the dress to replace the zipper the day before yesterday. Yesterday I picked it up and it was my mistake that I didn't look at it right away, I went to work. When I got home in the evening, I opened the package and was horrified. It feels like the job was done by someone who has nothing to do with sewing. The beginning is stitched with a typewriter, and then with your hands. The threads don't hold. The lining is loose. There was no way to contact them in the evening, to send a photo of this creation, since they have neither Viber nor telegram. When I came to the studio this morning, I heard about myself, first that it wasn't made by them, then that I tore it up myself, then that I gave it to someone, and apparently it happened, but not the master who accepted my dress into the work. To say that I'm in shock is an understatement. They refused to return the money, another master working today was sewing on the spot. And still, having made a fool of me, she said that Tatiana could not do such a thing. Apparently, my dress sewed itself up. I'll give you two stars for the fact that the lock was finally repaired for me. Thanks for the spoiled mood before the new year

I came here for the first time to sew jeans. I was not sure that it would be possible to do it beautifully and unnoticeably, I was worried that everything was in vain, there were even thoughts of abandoning both the idea and the jeans. But I was very lucky to have a master! Without exaggeration, Master Alyona treated me and my worries with understanding and great kindness, calmed me down and completed everything in just half an hour, to my great surprise, and already in the evening. In fact, I immediately received ready-made jeans after delivery. But the most important thing is that the work was done very quietly and very efficiently! I was pleasantly surprised and delighted! I was worried in vain in the end) Many thanks to Master Alyona!!! This is not only an excellent Master with a capital letter, but also a wonderful, responsive person! I will definitely come back here now and contact Alyona!
