We do not recommend the "goldfish"! After being on the road for about 15 hours, I wanted to eat and start my long-awaited vacation. We had to park the car on the hotel grounds, but the place we had to stop at was occupied by the owner's car, and we had to wait for the owner to eat and drink with his friend. There is hot water only at a certain time, which you need to "catch" in order to take a comfortable shower. The linen was damp, and the answer to the request for a change of linen was: "Well, we have rains, what did you want" - the linen was changed anyway. There is a kitchenette where you can cook yourself, but everything is in such a state that you don't want to cook, you don't want to touch anything there. The stove that is there will boil the water throughout your vacation, you will leave, and the water has not boiled yet. The Internet catches as little as possible.
We will not come there anymore, it was not a vacation, but one disappointment.

If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would. The hotel was originally chosen because of the attic on the 4th floor. Six months before the trip, the hostess sent a video of the room on the 4th floor where we will live. The voucher of the travel agency also indicated the floor and room number. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hostess, chasing a long ruble, gave our room to others who paid more, and we were settled in a bunker on the second floor under the stairs, where people walked past us day and night. We had to live with the curtains closed, otherwise our living resembled the show "behind the glass". The hostess gave some untenable arguments that she has less from the travel agency than from booking directly and that everyone who comes angry will be kind by the end of the holiday (here they probably meant us). The creepy impression was completed by creaking synthetic bed linen, lack of cleaning in the rooms, constant power outage and two whole days without water at ALL. The kitchen for self-cooking is practically not equipped, for show, so that everyone eats in the local dining room. Our worst vacation in the last 10 years. The only plus is that I have never left the place of "rest" with such pleasure.

We had a vacation in August.We didn't like it.The first day the child was given some kind of old folding chair with bumps to sleep in.The horror! Then we changed the rooms (but it was planned in advance) For 7 days, the bed was not cleaned more than once in the room, the bed was not changed once.The staff is not polite.They just want to take the money off.As for the kitchen, the pastries are delicious, but the rest is bad.The cutlets are store-bought like a stone.

At first they said that the dog was postaltsev, it turned out that the owners ... were DECEIVED! She almost attacked my mom and aunt. And then ignore it. The bathroom in our room has a glass door. 1. When we got to this guest house, we realized that it was far from Pitsunda and from the sea (in the village of Ldzaa)
2. Upon entering the room, we found clouds of mosquitoes, along the perimeter of the guest house there is a sewer in the gutter, in which they breed
3. The second unpleasant surprise was waiting for us in the room: the toilet drain tank, which is constantly leaking and does not collect water
4. Also, in addition to mosquitoes, various bugs and huge spiders crawl in the room
5. Initially, we asked if there was an hdmi connector in the TV, we were told that there was none, but upon arrival we found a set-top box that is usb, 2 hdmi, which indicates the incompetence of the staff
6. The absence of a chandelier was very surprising, there is one light bulb hanging
7. The electrics in the room are also scary, there is an outlet in the shower, the bare wires are not protected by anything
8. The mosquito net is smaller than the size of the window, so there is no sense from it, so the window was always kept closed, you can only use the air conditioner, but given that electricity is constantly taken away for more than 5 hours throughout the village, staying in the room is quite problematic and it is taken away mainly in the evening-night, there is also a constant voltage drop when the only light bulb in the room blinks like a garland on a Christmas tree
9. It is better to bring an iron with you, because it is offered here it is designed for 4! floors of visitors, small, cheap and with a terribly spoiled sole to which everything sticks, only spoil your things
10. The so-called kitchen is just for show, because it is not possible to cook or reheat anything, an electric kettle boils water for 15 minutes, there are 2 electric tiles on which water boils for ages, so people first in a kettle and then in a saucepan on a tile, but such conditions are made for one purpose so that people spitting on this kitchen, they ate in their dining room
11. This guest house is not suitable for young people without children, because there are small children in every room who scream around the clock, and the walls here are cardboard
12. Cleaning is done supposedly once every 3 days, but you have to find a cleaner yourself and explain that 3 days have passed and you need to clean up. It consists of sweeping the floor and wiping with a damp cloth and of course letting in a bunch of mosquitoes from the corridor, I don't know if it's worth it
13. If you are not a smoker, then you are not here, they smoke even in the corridor, although there is supposedly one smoking bench, but ashtrays are on all tables
14. There is no declared Wi-Fi here, even 2 networks do not help, they simply do not work, the antenna catches, but does not load a single page, the TV here is NTV plus, very few channels
