05/04/2025 we bought an engagement ring, changed the rings with the consultant, agreed on a size 19, and only at home did we notice that the consultant had slipped us a size 20 ring. At a fitting at home, the ring is loose, it doesn't hold on the finger at all. Now there is a question about ring reduction before the wedding, thanks to the consultant.

The most terrible jewelry store, disregard for customers. By chance, my husband bought me a gold bracelet there, after 5 days the links parted, under warranty they were changed to a new one from the showcase, which the next day also fell apart on his hand. Sweat, I was treated the same way by 4 people under warranty. I do not recommend wasting time and nerves in this store
