Good afternoon!!! We started the New Year from your base..02.01-04.01.2025 house number 4 , 6-seater .. everything is fine, the linen is good, we cooked everything ourselves, everything is delicious...the rabbits are cute ... voracious... the bathhouse is great ... the oak broom... we liked everything, the children were happy riding the slide for days!

The bathhouse is small without a toilet, you will run to the house))
And of course, my favorite is the "Accountants"
who count forks and spoons when leaving.
We once lost 2 towels at a normal party in Altai, so we were told that it was okay) by the way, they also think towels are a pity they don't measure toilet paper with a tape measure, it would be funny)

We rested in the 5th house for a week, I liked it. All guest houses are in the same style, it's nice to walk. There are a lot of rabbits running around quietly on the territory. The house is clean, everything is done with taste. If desired, you can order three meals a day, the food was very good, the staff was polite. We will advise others.

A great place if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Comfortable houses with all amenities and a spacious kitchen. The houses have barbecues, gazebos and even a cauldron. If you are too lazy to cook yourself, there is a cafe. There is a forest all around, a mountain river nearby. And a sea of fresh air!

1-what the hell is a paid check-in for unloading
2-is it really difficult to repair the bathhouse (floors)???
3- There is no entertainment for children,

There are several shortcomings that the administration is in no hurry to fix, for example, hard mattresses, paid unloading at the entrance of your car to the territory, even with a voucher. We did not like the creaky floors and the fact that the rent of the bathhouse does not include the rental of towels. From the good - the purest air, silence. Everything you need can be purchased at the administration store or at the restaurant. By the way, the food in the restaurant is very tasty! There is a wonderful game room. Children can ride cheesecakes (rent for an hour), ride a donkey, feed bunnies (food for sale). You can rent skis, sledding, snowmobiling, bicycles, etc. We took a small house for two adults and children. The houses are warm and cozy. There is a shower, toilet, TV, dishes and sink to wash dishes, microwave, refrigerator, etc. In general, it is ascetic, but everything you need is there. The staff is polite and helpful, the sauna is hot, the nature is excellent, near the Ulba river. If the administration eliminates all the shortcomings, it will be a great place to relax with your family.

First of all, it is a remote place to relax with all amenities, including sanitary conditions and food.(By the way, it is very tasty) a 10-minute walk away there is a picturesque rapid mountain river that is full-flowing until the end of June). The prices are appropriate. There is a lake with a waterfall 12 km away. The staff is friendly and willing to tell you everything. I advise you to take warm and waterproof clothes with you in the summer season. There are a lot of tame animals. In general, the rest spent here is worth both time and money.
