They sell products with defects (scratches, locks in earrings do not work) . They say to check on the spot, but I took it as a gift, did not measure it, and did not notice the scratch. I came to another point to make a refund or exchange, I was told that I need to take it to a service center for two weeks, where in fact the defect may not be recognized and only sanded with a gesture of goodwill. PS 2 stars for the beautiful design of the product. Be careful!
