Also, the approach from the street is not very decent, broken asphalt and tiles, it is better not to ride a scooter or bike, and it is better to walk with a child only by the hand

You just need to imagine removing all the seats from the huge cinema and making play areas in several tiers, despite the fact that kids can safely play in some of them, because it won't be interesting for seniors there, but it's safe for kids. There is a trampoline complex on one side, and a steep tubing slide on the other. There is also a tier with a pool and balls, into which several slides descend, and there is also a bungee jump - this is generally fantastic. And below, so to speak, in front of the former screen, a huge complex of labyrinths and much more. Of the minor disadvantages, the toilet is a bit far away, i.e. in the basement, two floors down. Someone wrote that you need to pass by the cheerful samurai restaurant, and it's true. You can buy water and juices at the entrance, it is forbidden to eat on the territory where there is carpet, but this can be said to be a plus)), but it is clean. Admission is 20p - unlimited time, 20% discount for families with many children. Personally, we really liked it! I liked this crane more than in the Atrium. The reason is that there are no burger burgers, because they are like an anthill - it is very noisy.

Probably the best in Mogilev! There is a cafe downstairs where parents and children can relax and have a snack after games. The center itself is located on the 2nd floor, there is plenty of space, you can play at least the whole day.

As an institution for children's entertainment - super! A huge hall with several levels (a converted hall of a former cinema), a variety of entertainment. There is a possibility of holding events with an animator.
There is a cafe for adults waiting for children from a children's party. And here there are questions. Complete lack of punctuality even with pre-order. An on-site order can be prepared within two hours. That's what the waiters say. The problem is even ordering tea/coffee. Apparently, the institution is not focused on serving customers who are in it here and now, but on food delivery and pre-order service

Five stars! My son is 4 years old and this Crane is his favorite game center. It is probably the most spacious in the city, there are a lot of different entertainments, both for very small (1-2 years) small towns and houses, pools with balls, and for older children - trampolines, slides with tubing, climbing wall. Before visiting this center with young children, think several times about whether it is safe there! We had an unpleasant situation, a child fell from a ‘climbing pyramid’ and suffered a traumatic brain injury. I carried the child in my arms and there was no reaction from the administration, apparently this is the norm when a child chokes on tears and cannot walk on his own, we left in an ambulance. So when you come to this center, you must understand that the floor is hard and any fall of your child can lead to a hospital bed like us, and the administrators will pretend that they did not notice

Customer focus is zero! On January 1, we had a rest at a children's birthday party (10 children) . Mom and child (1 year old) came in while the animation was on, the child took a ride on the tubing 1 time, they said to pay for a one-year-old child, the child overslept the rest of the time. I really did not like this situation, which in my opinion did not even require attention. The receptionist is so ugly that I didn't even want to waste my time talking. The problem with this city is that there is not much place to take the children, so you take them there. If they weren't monopolists on the scale of the institution, they wouldn't go there because of the staff. Although we have been there many times, there have been good shifts, the girls are neat, they talk well, but not this time. The reputation of the institution depends on the employees, it is a pity that many employees, due to their education, do not understand this.

Let's start from the beginning. We booked a table for 7 people in 2 weeks. When booking, they asked "is it possible to make a pre-order?" The answer was "no." On the day of the event, they called to clarify whether we would be there or not, but at the same time they asked if we had made a pre-order (there were already service issues here). Upon arrival, an order was made, which was expected for 2 hours. 2 hours 2 miserable pizzas!!! Without exaggeration. Of course, the waiting time was less, only 1 hour and 40 minutes. The staff is incompetent, they do not know how to take orders at all, they get confused in the orders. Bottom line, the service is terrible!! And now let's move on to the "cream" of this entertainment center "Zhuravlik" - bathroom. So, there is no such nightmare in any shopping center in Mogilev, even on the railway. Dirt, stench, toilet paper is lying everywhere, the bins are overflowing, the cleaners do not clean and generally do not want to work, even though it is winter outside, but it is not clear where the midges in the bathroom come from....
