A great place for both family and solo holidays! The room is nice with a sea view! I was very pleased with its large territory and beach, recreation area and swimming pool, but I would like the water a little warmer in non-sunny weather, not to buy cold water- we were in May! Special thanks to the kitchen staff!!! Everything is at the highest level! There was no such service in Egypt as here!! The room was cleaned every day! In general, we were very satisfied during the week of our stay!!!!

We had 8 nights, I liked it, we will definitely come again. From +: proximity to the sea, good cuisine, restaurant, the guys are trying hard, well done, there are many children's animators, they are adult animators and showmen, 🙂, on the penultimate day it got a little colder, immediately turned on the heating in the pool, appreciated the hammocks around the bar, helped out a lot in the evening, the child fell asleep there, and we the bar... The territory is closed, you don't have to worry that the child will go far, of course, compassionate vacationers can let him out on the beach, but we were lucky. Well, the purest sea. The last time we were in Arkhipka, there is no comparison, even after a two-day storm, the water is the purest. The trees on the territory are another huge plus, I think many people envied us, walking under the scorching sun. We were lucky, the rotovirus didn't take us, but everyone was scared. I think this is the merit of the kitchen, once again, well done, we ate only there, we didn't take anything in the cafe, only fruits for the evening, The hotel has its own doctor, around the clock, very correctly!!! Especially before leaving, a lot of children got sick, some even had ivs, apparently they were unlucky with rotovirus. I would like to see outdoor exercise machines, there is a place, even the most basic ones: horizontal bars, uneven bars, treadmills, exercise bikes, a couple of power ones, I would also like a bathhouse or sauna, and if there was also a massage, it would be cool, there are more snacks in the bar and a more cheerful bartender. The hotel is very decent. The staff is kind, friendly, helpful. A small well-maintained area. Food, without delicacies, but everything is delicious at home, there are plenty to choose from, you will definitely not be hungry. I am very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the cleaning of the rooms, they clean and wash every day. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, but weak in the rooms. I would like to say a special thank you to the animation team (Sofia, Alena, Maxim), thanks to them my husband and I had the feeling that we were on vacation together, since our seven-year-old son was always with them, earning joequariks) girls thank you. There is a 24-hour medical center. We stayed at the hotel from May 1 to May 10, 2017. We lived in the Pearl building. I liked the hotel, the territory of the hotel is large, cleaning on demand was always carried out, without refusals. The hotel is located in a very good location, within walking distance of Gagrin market, water park and much more. The children's animation is not bad, the children liked it.
But here in the dining room, at first everyone went, then they often began to skip. Oh, yes, the entrance to the dining room is scheduled, depending on the floor on which you live. Therefore, you go to the dining room not because you are hungry, but because your time has come) We are not happy with the food. No, we are not picky)) Several times the porridge was undercooked, the meat was heavily salted, then on the contrary almost bland, etc. Soon, two of our children refused to eat in the dining room. The younger one caught an intestinal infection, after which he often began to feel sick from the smell in the dining room.
These are the impressions we have left.
On the first day of my stay, I thought that I would be sad on the day of departure, in fact, after 4 days we all wanted to go home. On the day of departure, everyone was very happy :)

On one side there is a pier, on the other there is a sewage discharge, sewage disposal of adjacent hotels. When the wind blows from the sewage discharge point, the unbearable smell of the toilet and all the water with bacteria and sewage come to us. Swim in the sewer! On the other hand, the smell of gasoline and exhaust fumes from motorcycles and yachts. Motorboats endlessly scurry under the very noses of floating people. The loudspeaker keeps yelling that such and such a ship is leaving. In general, I swam in the pool. The pool is not enough for such a hotel! Well, what to do, not to swim in the sewer! In the dining room, the food is tasteless and monotonous. The cook probably can't cook. There are hellhounds at the door, making sure you don't take out a lump of sugar or a tea bag. He also walks around the room like a policeman and makes sure he doesn't take anything to take away. Poisoned by the sea-sewage was given to take away broth from bags (not meat). They keep it clean! Our vacation ends today, September 2024. We stayed at the Joequara Hotel in Gagra. Some advantages; a large protected area with huge palm trees, benches and hammocks for relaxation everywhere. The room is nice, there is everything you need. Sea 🌊 1 line, sun beds, umbrellas, clean!
The hotel is pleasant to stay in, the staff is polite and clean. Special thanks to the maids, they always clean, change the towel and do not need to ask.
It is important that there are two coolers with drinking water.

We had a rest in July 2024 - a child of 7 years and 2 adults. According to the hotel, it is clean, cozy, its own closed green area. The linen is snow-white , terry bathrobes , some guests wear them all day and walk around the territory.The food is homemade, without sophistication, but you will not stay hungry. The sea is warm, clean, pebbly sand, we still took aquanosks, it's hard to walk without them. To the sea 1 min. There are no strangers, so there are no problems with sun beds. The beach towel is changed on demand, we did not dry them at all - we immediately took a new one. Well, for dessert- rotovirus- I took a suitcase of medicines, because I know the peculiarities of Abkhazia, as a result, everyone was ill for 1 day without fever, this is a very easy option, the medicines came in handy, they immediately began to be treated with shock. Summary, the nature of Abkhazia is a fire, the hotel is excellent, I recommend it

We had a rest this year from September 1-7!It's immediately nice that everything on the territory is covered in palm trees, pines, the air is amazing!The territory is not big, but it is green!There is a playground, of course, toys are already tired in the sandbox, but the end of summer, perhaps this is the reason there was no sand!Everything was arranged according to the room, they even provided a cot, my daughter was delighted!At first we didn't like the mattress, I contacted the reception, they said it was because of the toper, we asked to remove and leave two 1.5-bed mattresses, but we lived with my mother, and if with my husband it might not be very convenient!But it's more convenient than on this topper!Cleaned every day!The floors were constantly being polished in the hall (but it depended on the shift)!In the kitchen, in general, all the smart guys worked so quickly, harmoniously, always with a smile, polite!There are sun beds and umbrellas at the sea, by the pool too!They probably caught rotovirus, then they heard many people caught it!I really liked the animation!Sofa and Alyona, you are clever!In general, we have a positive impression and I will recommend this hotel to my friends!At an early booking, the price was 62t for a room for two + a child of 3 years old.I think that it is not expensive in the price-quality ratio.

The hotel is magnificent! We had a rest on October 1-8, 2024. I liked everything - the accommodation, the staff and the kitchen. The room was on the first floor 125. Access to the courtyard, which is very convenient, quiet and peaceful. The territory is beautiful, there are many palm trees, magnolia, shops everywhere. Towels and bathrobes are provided in the room. Detergents were given once . They don't give you an air freshener in the toilet, they bought it themselves. The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds. The weather was also lucky at 23-25 degrees. The food is excellent and very tasty. The girls at the reception are attentive. One thing I didn't like: every evening the lights were turned off for a minute in the whole of Gagra. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I really want to go back there. But how will it work out. We lived on the 4th floor, in a double room with a balcony, which was very convenient. since I understand that no one had a balcony to dry their things. There is, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are no intermediate distortions, unless you order in a cafe. There is a bar in the dining room, you can take Baikal wine or something else for dinner for an additional fee. Entertainment programs every day. We got to the hotel by taxi. We always had enough sun beds on the beach. There is a doctor at the hotel. They did not apply. There are also guided tours from the hotel. In general, I recommend this hotel.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff of the Joequara hotel for a wonderful holiday. We arrived early in the morning from the train, we were warmly welcomed by taxi drivers, helped to carry suitcases, minivans, and drove quickly. The cost of a taxi is 200 rubles per person. The hotel administrator called us back, it turned out to be cheaper. To begin with, we were expected as dear guests, the room was provided to us immediately before check-in, it was free. they did not charge us extra, the air conditioner was already turned on, and a towel dryer, tea sugar, toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo, slippers, bathrobes, towels 2 sets, you can change them every day, the room was two-room with balconies where there was a dryer, a table, chairs and an ashtray, at our request the room was cleaned, everything the refrigerator was working well, the mattress on the double bed was Mega soft and comfortable, the folding sofa was hard, if no children were supposed to be on it and adults would find it difficult to sleep, the children slept normally.
Hotels have their own rules, not complicated and to the point, such as entering the dining room in clothes without beach accessories and wet swimsuits, being by the pool without glass containers, it is forbidden to take food out of the dining room, the hotel staff will remind you very tactfully.
The animation program is quite extensive, even teenage children were passionate and did not want to go on excursions, because they did not want to miss the animation, there are sun beds on the beach, umbrellas, and courteous guards who will help with accommodation, the beach is open until 8 pm, then you can get there but through the exit from the hotel. In the evening, we were entertained by very cool DJs, there were caraocs once a week, being at the pool without restrictions, the bar is open until 12 at night, I liked the kitchen of the bar as a whole, the prices are normal, the portions are good
I had to go to the medical office, they provided qualified assistance, the staff was very responsive to requests
The food is varied, the food is not greasy, the choice is large, there is time for 1,2 and 3 and 4 floors separately, but no one will kick you out if you overslept, even our fastidious children ate from the belly, we did not bother with food at all. Of the minuses, and I rested in September, the following is unpleasant, an aggressive employee at the entrance to the dining room. The management's policy is completely not customer-oriented. How many times have I traveled to many resorts, this is the first time I've seen this. Not only that, if you go on an excursion, you could always order a box of food everywhere, but this is not the case here. But the lunch is paid for. When asked to postpone lunch on the day of departure, a refusal was received and an offer to pay, with the phrase :- This is your desire to go on an excursion. And when I took three buns with me on the road after breakfast, instead of this lunch, they just rudely took it away. After that, the mood from the rest and the hotel was greatly spoiled. It would be fine to take them out in bags... But I want to get what I paid for. Such greed of the hotel is not acceptable. We rested for 6 days, the hotel is excellent, everything is clean, the staff is friendly.The maids, however, do not finish their work a little -the rooms were cleaned superficially. The kitchen is excellent, the range of dishes is huge (special thanks to the chefs for borscht,shish kebab and casseroles), the dishes are clean, cooked delicious. I also really liked that there is a private beach and a swimming pool. We walked around Gagra admiring the nature and marveling at the dirt around, but were happy to return to the cleaned territory of the hotel.Animators created a mood, entertained both children and adults.Of course, on the fourth day the whole family got sick with rotovirus, but there are no complaints about the hotel, this is a problem of the Black Sea.The hotel has a 24-hour doctor.my advice is to take polysorb and drink it for prevention.I definitely recommend the hotel, we were satisfied with our stay!

If you got a room in the extension. In the Pearl case, that's a double disappointment! The rooms are not the declared standard, but actually economy. Even the towels are not white, only dirty blue in color and without a face and a doormat. And the Pearl's guests are not allowed bracelets that open the gate to the beach and do not congratulate them on their birthday. The food is available to everyone, but it is not very diverse and was halved when the visitors left the VIP.rooms. The pool is tiny.

There is no view from the balcony, the stone walls of other buildings are right next to the room window. The humidity in the room is high, and the pillows smell damp. The only plus in the room is that the pastel linen is clean. That's it! The only way to get from the main building to the Pearl building is through the smelly ruins. If you compare it with Turkey, there are much fewer dishes, but enough to eat delicious. Breakfast and dinner were paid for in the package. It was possible to buy lunch if desired by paying 500 rubles per person. We went to cafes for lunch a couple of times and decided to buy at the hotel, because it is tastier, more satisfying and cheaper. The territory is small, but it is pleasant to walk - palm trees, gorgeous pines, lawns, benches. There is a swimming pool on the territory with warm water, I do not want to go out. There is a private beach, an animator with a charger, and children's animation. Bathrobes, towels, shizlong, umbrellas are included. The territory is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, discos within walking distance. In general, I liked everything very much, I would like to return.

Of the disadvantages, the food in the hotel restaurant did not work, there were digestive problems! Laundry is very expensive 250₽ one T-shirt!!!! It is very difficult to climb to the third floor, it is stuffy on the stairs!!! There were problems with the light and, as a result, with the water! For a while the hotel was running on generators, then we had to buy water both for drinking and for household needs, just even flush the toilet. And as a result, rotovirus! Three days of rest were lost!

What can I say, the hotel is small, there is only a pool, a bar, a beach, there is no assortment in the bar, if you want to drink tea with a cake, with your own , since they do not sell anything except alcohol, then you will be immediately kicked out

In the evening, you can only sit on the benches located on the territory of the hotel

A boat floats on the shore all day long and attracts tourists from a loudspeaker , then if someone finds it, the music screams until 1.00 am , if someone plans to relax

We had a vacation with our daughter in July at a wonderful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a service in Abkhazia! I thank all the staff of the hotel for welcoming guests! Attentive, they respond to requests immediately! The food is delicious and varied. The room has all the amenities. There are a lot of sun beds, umbrellas on the beach, everything is free. Although they talk about offal (yes, chicken liver was often used), but besides this there is another choice. Both for those who like to eat well, and for those who follow a diet or for those who are allergic: there are always fish and vegetable dishes. For "rotavirus patients" - chicken broth, oatmeal porridge on water, etc.
Rotavirus: Daughter, 13 years old, caught on the second day, it cost one day. I think that we took a ride on the "cheesecake" - we took a sip of sea water - the result. Adults were not affected, because on the very first day they were disinfected with tea.
On music: for the first two days, everything is lit in the bar, the music is live, karaoke on Fridays (we were there two Fridays, but never went there, so I won't say anything), The songs are all the same, so you can't stand more than two visits (although. to each his own), on the embankment in the bars there is a "larger assortment" of music + local.
The fact that there is a construction site nearby (someone wrote in the reviews that it is not "ah") does not interfere at all. There are many shops nearby. a lot - whatever you want. The embankment is under construction, but walking along it is a pleasure. Joequara is located in the very center. How would you be in your city? attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is excellent, the waiters are very pleasant and attentive. There is a lot of animation for both adults and children. The management is working fine, we were pleasantly surprised by the bracelets with chips for opening doors.
I want the hotel management to pay attention to the beach workers. A very unpleasant residue remains after visiting the beach! Many sun loungers are occupied by non-hotel guests (there are no bracelets and beach towels of the hotel). I've been facing this situation for the second day.
Today, an employee of the beach line (an Uzbek man with a bandaged arm, who arranges sun beds) asked an elderly woman who occupied a sunbed to release him, because these 4 sun beds are booked! The woman had to vacate the chaise longue.
It is a pity that ordinary employees of the beach use their official position without respecting the rest of the hotel staff.

We had a family vacation in 2023 (from 06/5/2023 to 06/19/2023).
Among the advantages: the territory is surrounded by greenery, excellent buffet food, super animation for children and adults (yoga, aqua aerobics, zumba, water polo, table tennis, bocce, etc.), very friendly and responsive the staff. We lived in a family room with a balcony on the 4th floor (partial sea view). On the territory there is an excellent swimming pool with a magnificent view of the mountains (on one side), the sea on the other. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Beach towels, bath towels, foot towels - every day.
Among the disadvantages - very loud music that came from the embankment every day, starting from 21.00 to 4.00, which made it very difficult for children to sleep, the lack of coolers with drinking water (you need to smoke the water yourself).
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The service, the food and the attitude towards us as guests are 3 heads higher than in Turkey. Abkhazia, we will definitely come back!
