Normal mail. Polite staff. The only drawback is the queues during the payment of utilities: in general, I think that the post office should not be engaged in this, but should primarily provide postal services. But it's not the fault of a particular communication node, so 5 stars.

This is not the main post office of the city, but rather back to the USSR. The ATMs are old. One almost all the belt does not work. It does not accept coins. And the building itself looks bad.
