I will write the cons: in terms of infrastructure, and far (2 km to Dostyk street) from the center. The nearest schools and kindergarten are in the mountain giant.
The walls are apparently thin with neighbors, everything is audible.
Positive:
Clean air, panorama, wind rose, never used air conditioning, security is great, the best in the city for security.
Beautiful landscape, everywhere the Christmas trees are planted with greenery. There are good playgrounds and sports grounds.
