There is no sound interference from the street, but construction is underway - what can we do? All the key instances, the communication paths are quite close. The area with the prospect will definitely develop in the future.!!!!!
The houses are beautiful from the outside, but inside they are just terrible... It's very cold in winter, you sleep in your clothes, everything always breaks through, and the taps in the kitchen blow up. They build quickly, like a constructor, and that's what the result depends on.
There is little greenery, but there is an eternal construction site here. Maybe something will change over time. The center is a 15-minute walk away. Better than in Kazimirovka.
There are almost no new trees, there are only those that have already been. It's a kilometer to one stop, eight hundred kilometers to the other. The shops are even further away, alas.
