Among the advantages: excellent sound insulation, warm in winter, cool in summer (again, depending on which entrance you live in). I'm talking for the 2nd entrance. The elevator is more or less working in the 2nd entrance (replaced), in other entrances they work poorly. The house was built in 2006 from red brick, thick walls. There are no cracks, this is important. Nearby is one of the best schools in Astana, Lyceum No. 60, Khabar sports complex, all supermarkets nearby. The residential complex is fenced, there is a Playground, ground and underground Parking, excellent transport interchange. Ksk tries to work, clean up on time, and so on. However, residents are not always happy with their work, well, you can't please everyone.
Of the cons: it is cold in some apartments in winter, but this is rare. Elevators are not working well in the 1st, 3rd and 4th entrances. Therefore, it is better to buy apartments on low floors.
