A great residential complex away from the hustle and bustle. The low-rise brick house, floor-to-ceiling windows are generally excellent, underfloor heating system. The enclosed courtyard is great. I recommend.

I do not live in the house on a permanent basis , but I have often been a guest. The walls are good thick , in some places they were crooked (but the standard in Astana), the heating system is powerful, the apartments are spacious and the ceilings are high. It's a little difficult without a car, but I would love to live like this.
