Despite its age, the house was built by reputable developers and has repeatedly withstood earthquakes over the years without cracks or defects, even in the decoration of the apartments inside. Yes, the entrances are not all lighted and grandly decorated as in new complexes, but there is no endless series of repairs and Hell from drills. The complex is located slightly away from the Al-Farabi highway and with the windows closed, the noise is almost inaudible, there is a playground in the Neva city from cars, a two-level underground Parking. A huge plus is that there is always free above-ground parking inside the territory. There are guards. The territory is landscaped, there are many large trees.

The LCD itself is already old, shabby, the yard is large and there are many play areas, good security will always help, the cleanliness is normal, but the administration of the house is terrible. They promise and do it in 1000 years.

The coolest residential complex, excellent territory, huge guest Parking, lots of greenery, concierges, beautiful architecture of the residential complex, and all this is close to the top interchanges of the City, while at a distance from highways. The view of the mountains is very beautiful.

Excellent LCD, conveniently located, clean air, lots of greenery nearby and there is a park nearby. There are small shops and cafes in the LCD itself and next to it.
The quality of the stores is the only disadvantage that I think there is. If you are driving, it is very convenient, I advise you.

I am very happy with this complex in many ways... cleanliness, parking, location, playground or its presence, but a safe location on a hill in addition to fencing gives more peace of mind when the children of the residents are there, the overview is very extensive for each block. The residents of this residential complex seemed to be chosen intentionally🤷🏽♀️ Since everyone is well-mannered and friendly, I live here recently and for the first week it was unusual and wild for me, because I observed such an attitude between the tenants only in a parent with neighbors 20 years ago. I have paintings on the landing and floor in general, the neighbors are painting and having fun. I thank those who built with a good intention and the neighbors gathered there with whom to cross paths in joy🙌🏼👍🏻👌

The prices for apartments are too high. The area of the apartments is small, with a studio kitchen. There is a swimming pool under the house, so the entrance to the entrance gives off the smell of chlorine.
