I can only visually assess the building itself: it looks beautiful, but the building of the Youth Theater, the children's theater, remains in my memory. I just want to climb the steps and see a fairy tale from my childhood. And next to it was the TYUZ cinema ... always beautiful posters, the newest films, a unique interior, a park behind the cinema, and on the sidewalk - the most fashionable youth hangout of the Alma-Ata Arbat. It's a pity that this historical place was built up too… And so, the house is beautiful. And that's all…

The location is great, the city center residential complex is near the Arbat! As far as I can remember, there used to be a theater in this place.

The location of the house is great! The city center, you can walk to a lot of places. Developed infrastructure: shops, restaurants, beauty salons, a park. There is a subway nearby. Pleasant concierges. But the intercoms do not work, only on the third day of stay they figured out how to get to the playground, the mailboxes (almost all) are bent badly. We rented an apartment for 2 weeks, there are much more complaints about the apartment, this is not here.
